From my initial internet inquiry to getting the keys to my new Subaru BRZ, my experience with everyone at Thomas Subaru was great! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and professional. Amanda Roth was my great sales consultant! She seemed just as excited as I was when my car was delivered. My car was detailed, with a full tank of gas and Amanda showed me how to use everything in it...she even set up the bluetooth for me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends/family. Everyone was great and very professional. We expected to haggle, but were happy with the non-haggle. Fair prices for trade in autos. Will recommend to others and hopefully be back again in three years.

I needed a new (not necessarily new) vehicle; there were just too many miles on my car. I wanted something reasonably priced but did not want to sacrifice quality. Roman was very nice in getting me started and making sure all my needs were met. Michael was fantastic to deal with as well and made the process very comfortable. I was impressed with the overall friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I who assisted me. I was also quite pleased that no one tried to push me to make a particular decision. I was able to use the knowledge I had gain through my own research and felt in control of my purchase.

I purchased a 2012 Santa Fe, and I would never hesitate to come back to Thomas again. Johnathan was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership the purchase a vehicle from them, the way I often feel at other dealerships. Everyone at the dealership was very polite, and always had smiles on their faces. The dealership closed at 5:30 that day and it was 5:30 on the dot when I started to sign the paperwork for my loan. Not only did they stay late and have me finish the paper work, but they didn't rush me to sign anything and made sure I knew what I was singing. After signing the paper work, Johnathan went above my expectations by showing me every detail in the car, making sure he answered any questions I had and even linked my phone to the cars Bluetooth system. They gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. One reason I choose to go to Thomas was all the great things I had heard, and read about them, the prices of the vehicles, and the straight forward prices. There were no hidden fees applied to the loan, the price you see is what you pay, I really like that. I will forever be a Thomas customer now. I have never seen such helpful staff before.

I am very pleased with my recent experience with Thomas Hyundai. I found the vehicle I was looking for online and contacted Mike Mace. I asked him a few questions about the car and he quickly phoned me with the responses. The car was priced very well below other cars online and the Certified warranty was too good to pass up.
I traded in my vehicle and was offered an fair trade in value. When it came time to finance Amanda was very helpful and the no haggle pricing made the process very comfortable.
I am a PA resident and the registration process was very smooth as well. Thomas will even reimburse me for the PA State Inspection fees.
