Michael was very helpful and spoke to us as friendly and confident. He took the time to explain the inside of the car and how to use all the bells and whistles. The business person that helped us the the loan told us the reason he thought going through US Bank was the best way for us to go and was very friendly even though he was quite busy.

Just bought a Ford F-150 from Long McArthur Ford in Salina, and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Other dealers harass me relentlessly, but Michael and Long McArthur Ford were extremely courteous and non-invasive. Michael went out of his way to get me approved for financing and gave me a xxxx of a deal on my new truck. I highly recommend Long McArthur, and I will be doing business with again! We were very pleased with the overall friendliness extended to us by all the staff at Long McArthur. We traded initially for a Ford Fusion, but after driving it home, we discovered that it wasn't the car for us. So we took it back and traded for a Lincoln the next day. Michael was so kind and helpful about the whole situation. We couldn't be happier about the outcome.

We always get great service at Long McArthur. We were there getting one of our vehicles serviced and decided to look at vehicles to trade our other vehicle, which we did not have with us because we are from out of town. Michael helped us find right one that fit our needs. He was very knowledgeable and made the deal without seeing our vehicle. We feel that we got a very good deal. Very friendly and great to work with. Michael worked around my schedule and went the extra mile coming in on his day off to make sure my experience and purchase was smooth and comfortable. The finance department was surprisingly very friendly and upfront unlike other dealerships i've worked with in the past. Overall experience was much better than one could expect when purchasing a vehicle.
