My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I'm not one to rate car dealerships but I would consider my self somewhat of an expert at car shopping (4 cars in 6 years, don't ask). I have been subjected to some terrible customer services, I'm looking at you Honda, but it makes me appreciate when it is done right. I have been working with Mike Messinger, who is far and away my favorite car salesman I have ever worked with. He knows the brand and the business and has an answer for all my questions.

I ordered a F30 335i in stick about two weeks ago and haven't left mike alone since. I've called, I've emailed, and sent smoke signals, he responds every time regardless of how banal my request might be. Always glad to help and is now going to help me set up an ED for my car.

Couldn't be happier.

Wonderful experience, great cars, very smooth process minus the credit score situation which I still disagree with......merely BMW and a focus on the all mighty dollar versus looking at the entire picture of their customer but ABSOLUTELY no relfection on Mike who is a delight and a real asset....and if anything..is the reason the deal got done at all.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I am not one to usually write reviews about a product or company but based on the tremendous deal I got and the experience I had at PARK AVE BMW, I felt compelled to write a review that is hopefully helpful to others. In short, PARK AVE BMW is the best BMW dealership in the tri-state area. I went to multiple different BMW dealerships in Central and Northern New Jersey and PARK AVE was by far the best in all respects. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike Messinger and he made the experience easy and fun! Mike not only sells BMW's but actually knows a thing or two about the car other than it has a nice badge on the hood and looks good. He made the process extremely easy by willing to deal over email and the phone, something that no other dealership was willing to do because the other guys said, "come on down, we can talk numbers when you come by". As someone who has limited time I apprecaited Mike's willingness to deal over the phone and email so that I knew whether it was worth even continuing to deal with him and I can say that it was definitely worth it! Because I am a purist and still believe in driving my BMW with a manual transmission, Mike had to look high and low for the 328xi that matched my demands but he got it done and in the process gave me a great deal on my trade-in. The best way I can describe the deal I got is when I told two other dealerships the price Mike offered me, their response was, "that is a very aggressive price, not sure that we can match that." The decision is easy, PARK AVE BMW and Mike Messinger for your next BMW purchase/lease.

When we initially began our search to purchase a new BMW X3, we stopped at Park Ave and met Michael Messinger, who was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous. Michael was easy to work with and he patiently answered all of our questions and even took us for a test drive. However, since this was a big investment, we decided to shop around and went to every BMW dealership in the area. We did not get that same 'feeling' as we got at Park Ave BMW. We decided to return to Park Ave and work with Michael Messinger. He answered all of our questions honestly; we never felt pressured like at the other dealerships, got the best an lowest possible out-the-door/bottom line price, and most importantly, he made the transaction smooth and easy. We have purchased numerous cars over the past 30+ years and this gentlemen, Michael Messinger, truly exceeded our expectations with his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He made it the best experience ever and we are VERY SATISFIED! We are truly impressed with the staff at Park Ave BMW. Everyone was so professional and willing to help, beginning from Wayne Carenza, the general manager, to Michael Smeraglia, the sales manager, to our client advisor, Michael Messigner, who truly made a difference. Everyone was great and we were treated like family. We would definitely recommend this dealership without reservation to our friends and family. We definitely plan to work with Michael Messinger, who is truly outstanding, in the future and the entire Park Ave team. Keep up the excellent work!

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I recently purchased a 528xi from Park Ave BMW. I felt that the place was very friendly, the representatives were all very welcoming. I had the pleasure to purchase this vehicle through Mike Messinger. He was very patient and courteous and was able to work around my work schedule to speak over the phone and meet. He seemed very knowledgeable about the BMW vehicles. I never felt pressured speaking to him as far as what decisions I should make, he was very willing to give his opinion when I asked about some things I wasn't to familiar with. He definitely went above and beyond to negotiate a great deal with me. I would definitely recommend seeing him, if you're interested in purchasing a new car.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I went to Park Avenue last Tuesday afternoon to pick up a new 3-Series for my wife. During the delivery, the dealership experienced a brief power outage and the computer system went off line. As a result, the F&I office could not complete the process as the lease agreements are all edited online. Mike contacted the F&I manager at the old Park Ave BMW showroom (now used for pre-owned and internet sales) to see if he could assist. We walked over to the internet sales department and Roger Pic was able to update the necessary documents and get me on my way. Upon returning to the main showroom, everyone else was still sitting idle, waiting to get back on line.

Essentially, Mike went way above and beyond what is expected. No other sales consultant (or manager) even thought to check the other facility for web access.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
We recently purchased a new 2012 BMW X3 because we are about to retire and needed two new cars. We wanted something we could be proud of, and yet something that would be functional and not fragile. After much analyzing, we decided upon the X3 and we were fortunate enough to connect with Mike Messinger as our Sales Associate at Park Avenue BMW in Rochelle Park. We had been to several other dealerships of other vehicle makes, but Park Avenue BMW went out of their way to accommodate us in every way.

Mike Messinger spent a good deal of patient time with us, covering the features on the car, covering the options, and never pressuring us into any decisions. When we decided to go forward with the purchase of this car, we felt we got a very fair price on an exceptional vehicle.

Although we left wearing smiles and feeling very satisfied when we drove off with our newly purchased BMW X3, a few days later Mr. Messinger called and offered to come to our home and be sure that we understood all of the many features to the vehicle. He spent more than one hour at our house, on a SUNDAY, on his own time, and covered everything about the car. In setting up our bluetooth capabilities in the car, he noticed that one of the names in my personal phone book was also a client of his. This person is a close friend, and it was ironic to learn that he used Mike as his BMW connnection too. Before Mike left our home that day, he even programmed our garage door opener for us. He left insisting that if we have any questions, any issues, any needs whatsoever connected to the car, that we will call him either at the office of Park Avenue BMW or on his cell phone.

To us, Mike Messinger goes the extra yard. For that, we are grateful, and we will return to him again when we have our next car need.
