They did not have a 2012 base model and they kept pushing me on an Escape, the bottom line was that they were not willing to help me. Two weeks later I went up to Countryside Ford told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. They had 5 Explorer base models they showed me and I picked one we did the deal and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. The whole team from sales to finance was wonderful and a very nice experience. Countryside Ford is my new dealership and I look forward to doing business in the future for all my families car needs.
