Michael Silberman at Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Hyundai

Buying my new Elantra at Sports Durst was overall a very positive experience. Ray was a pleasant and responsive salesperson. Michael pitched right in to help explain the Nav system even though it wasn't his sale. Jordan was very nice and jumped right in to help even though she normally did not work with Hyndais. Blaine was very helpful and worked to make the finance part of the deal go as quickly and smoothly as possible. My only gripe (and it was very, very irritating) was that we waited about 2 hours to finalize the deal in finance. This is the second car we bought from Sports Durst and our finance experience was just as horrible the first time.

There is no sales person more knowledgeable than Michael. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through him. He is note just there to sell you a car. He makes the experience educational and most importantly, you can count on him to be there after the sale. Whenever we stop in to have routine maintenance done, Michael makes it a point to stop, say hello, and confirm that all is well with our purchase. Most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car.

I think Michael Silberman is the best salesperson in that dealership. This is the 2nd. Hyundai we've purchased an he very professional, knowledgeable, an courtious. I beleive him to be a great asset to them an he's just an all around super guy.

Michael was very easy to work with. He was polite and had a thorough knowledge of vehicles I was interested in. His unassuming demeanor let me feel at ease so that I could feel comfortable and not rushed about the car purchase I was making. If I ever want to buy a Hyundai again, he's the guy I'm gonna see.

Great car, Great service, Great price. Mike took his time with the sale, it was a pleasure to work with him. Ji explained the finacing in detail. Elizabeth worked with my wife, showing her the features on her new car.

Michael Silberman is a credit to your organization...we purchased the 2007 hyundai entourage from him...because of the quality of service he gave us then, we came back and offered sport durst first chance at the purchase of a new/used suv for my wife's usage. And Mike came through again...the deal we got on the new Tucson was more than fair, and we were very pleased with it. This and because of the quality repair and maintence service we have recieved from Angela (and Charles before her) is why we will continue to do business with Sport Durst! This is our fourth purchase with Sport and each one has been exceptionally pleasant. We have worked with Michael Silberman each time and he has been great. He's patient, considerate and explains everything about the car. He wants us to be 100% pleased with our decision. He's made himself available for us to contact him directly with questions or concerns that we may. The service at this facility is top notch in every way. Sport Durst has always been available to us and each time we see him, he is gracious and genuine in his concern for our auto satisfaction. He's a true southern gentleman in all aspects. This is not what we have experienced at other dealers that we have done business and we plan to continue with this dealership. We just leased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. Michael took great care of us. No pressure, very patient, and very knowledgeable. Michael made the entire experience as easy as it could be. Because we didn't have any real experience with the Sonata we were able to take it home for a day to drive it around and make sure that we were satisfied. The car was everything that we expected. We would definitely deal with Michael, and Sport Durst in the future. I also give this dealer and salesman an AA++.

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Equus. I dealt exclusively with Michael Silberman and he took a great deal of time with me, showing the vehicle features and patiently explaining everything that I would need to know about the vehicle. I would return and purchase again from Michael becau he is very thorough and very professional. He was not at all aggressive or pushy and I appreciated that demeanor.
