It was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and needless to say I was feeling a little hesitant and uninformed. In my mind, “car salesmen” was synonymous with the word “vultures” and I was not eager to begin a process filled with people pressuring me and haggling over price tags. However, my worries were totally unnecessary. I was referred to Wesley Chapel Honda by a friend who had nothing but good things to say about the entire staff, especially Michael Tucker. I was fortunate enough to have his help through the entire process and I honestly couldn’t have been assisted by a better person. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and made sure I was more than pleased with my purchase. He took care of any and all questions/concerns that I had and made the process smooth and successful. He was extremely personable yet professional and I am so glad that I chose to take my friends advice and stop into that dealership. I love my car, its exactly what I wanted and is perfect for me. My experience with this dealership was excellent. The process was quick and easy. Mike Tucker took care of all of my needs via telephone, all I had to do was show up and do the paperwork. I had been looking for a specific car at the right price for about 6 months. Found the car at Wesley Chapel Honda. Micheal Tucker is one the best sales persons I've ever worked with. From start to finish he kept me posted on everything that we needed. Being that I had to drive 6 hours one way from Troy, Alabvama, to Wesley Chapel FL. for the car, dealing with Michael Tucker made it a pleasant buying experience. It was wonderful to walk into a dealer and get excellent service. I had gone to a different Honda dealer the day before and left completely unsatisified. Mike Tucker was willing to work with me and was not too pushy. When looking for a new car I highly suggest you check out Wesley Chapel and ask for Mike.

Extremely friendly and helpful, I had great conversations with (2) sales professionals that were not even involed with the transaction, I felt relaxed and enjoyed the buying experience, finance dept great also, a very comfortable place to buy your next car!!
