My Review of Thornton Chevrolet:
I had a key that stopped working. They tried to resync my keys. This did not solve the problem. They ordered a new key, resynced the keys, all at no cost to me. When I had my first service, they did the service work in a professional and complete manner. They checked a concern I had about my brakes pedal and explained to me why there was no defect and why I felt some give in the brake pedal. Every employee I have dealt with in the service and sales departments have been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They also call me a few days later to see if I have noticed any problem with their repair work. They send me letters and e-mails about checking levels of oil and other fluids, ways to save me money, and other topics.
