Mr. Salzman I just wanted to send you a note to express my overwhelming gratitude for your efforts in making a new vehicle a reality for me. I had doubts that I could actually finance a new car because of some unfortunate events in my past that ruined my credit. I was told that it was you that made it happen. Not only did you allow me to have a new vehicle as opposed to a used one, you have also given me the opportunity to rebuild good credit and for this I will forever be in your debt.
Also, I have to give the credit to Mike Bohn. Although we met under terrible circumstances, I was so glad I could help him and he has helped me tremendously! You have a very fine salesman as well as a fine young man. He delivered unequaled, superior customer service to me and I can tell that is his norm for any customer he encounters. As a matter of fact, everyone I have dealt with in your dealership has been exceptional. It is obvious that excellent customer service is paramount at Lake Norman Chrysler. I would like to see Mike and yourself receive special recognition for the exceptionally good, happy experience exclusively due to both of you.
Again, I cannot possibly express in writing what you and Mike have done for me. After working with another dealship on the NC/SC line and experiencing changes in final pricing right at signing, I had pretty much writting off buying a car. I decided to speak with Lake Norman CDJ. With 95% of my transaction done over the phone, I told them the vehicle I wanted, the price range I was willing to pay and the payment level I needed. Michael worked with this Finance Dept and was able to come back to me quickly with fair offer. I went to their dealship, and was out the door with my new car in less than 2hrs. I appreciate Michael's continued follow up and patience in getting me into my new car. Thanks.

Michael Bohn was my salesman and he did a great job and sold me a solid Jeep! Very nice place, people treat you like you are a person and are not pushy on selling. I would recommend this Dealership over the other ones in the NC state area, and I have visited 3 total and can say that the Lake Norman dealership is the only good one out of the three. Have a great day guys! :D Cannot wait to take this Jeep out on some trails and let her rip!!

My recent car-buying experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge is probably one of the highest on my list. The sales dude was patient, answered all the questions, found the exact car we were looking for, handed us the keys and let us take it for a ride for as long as we wanted. I did not feel pressured at any time. When it came to financing, we were given a fair price for our trade-in, got a payment we were comfortable with, and didn't take a whole lot of going back and forth.
All in all, everything flowed smoothly which is always a good sign.

On May 11th, I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 70 Anniversary Edition. My experience at this dealership was excellent! We dealt with Mike, Brian, and Obie. All three gentlemen were friendly, professional, and made my decision to buy a Jeep an easy one. I would highly recommend this dealership, as well as any of the three that helped us. I love my new car, and will use them again. I even came back 3 days later to learn about all the new "gadgets" in the car, and Mike was more than willing to help me in that. He is very knowledgeable in the vehicles, and their capabilities. Great place, great experience.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Liberty from Mike at Lake Norman CJD. It was a great experience. As a female, I never once felt that I was being talked down to or taken advantage of in any way, which was a concern of mine going into buying a car. I did my homework before going to the dealership so I knew exactly what was available and what I wanted. Mike was terrific in explaining everything from the details of the vehicle to the negotiation process. He did not pressure me at all to make a purchase and was polite and courteous. He took the stand that he was there to help me in whatever way he could. Amanda was also very nice to work with. She took care of the majority of the paperwork. Overall, I found the dealership to be very accommodating and relaxed. They also offer great perks like free car washes for life, free first oil change and NitroFill. I was very pleased with my experience at Lake Norman CJD and absolutely THRILLED with my new Jeep Liberty!!!
