My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
My Wife and I went in to see our options about turning in our Acura lease. We have leased an Acura since 1992.I received a very nice e-mail from Tina about helping us turn our car in early.When I went to the dearership Makeda greeted us because it was Tina's day off.She then turned us over to Mikail who went over all our options in great detail. We recommend Mikail very highly to anyone who need a very informative and trustworthy person.The process was seamless as we turned in our old car for a new one in the same day.Everyone we dealt with that day was extremely friendly and helpfull.I used to deal with another Acura dealership until I changed To Bill Vince in 2009. This is the best dealership experience I have ever had!!!!!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I was looking for a used Chevy SSR in the NE area. Found a SSR at Bridgewater on Autotrader that had an excellent One Owner CarFax and appeared to be in great condition. What was good also is that Bridgewater provided a Free Carfax, this IMO is a plus to serious car buyers.
I contacted the Internet Department at Bridgewater and Tina answered me very promptly and answered my questions as well as provided additional photos beyond those already posted on Autotrader. So my first "live" contact (Tina) with Bridgewater was excellent and set the stage for me to consider this SSR and visit the dealership on March 14. The first contact point for any customer is the most important interaction that often dicates whether the dealership will win the business. And Tina served Bridgewater well.
My sales person was Mikhall Boltarets and he was very accomodating during the entire process. Meaning he was available to answer questions as well as provide info about the SSR. But, most importantly he saw that we wanted to inspect the SSR in and out before our test drive and we never felt any rush whatsoever. Additionally, Mikhall was very patient with me as I tend to ask a lot of questions and at times get quite detailed to gain a better understanding. Again he took whatever time was required to ensure my questions were answered.
I also had the pleasure of meeting with the Pre-Owned Manager Michael Lasko. And Michael clearly sets the tone for his organization. As Michael displayed excellent people skills with high marks on respect and courtesy.
Would I buy there again absolutely!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I was searching online for a new car for some time now. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maketa. She was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. She didn't give me the run around at all! She assured me the car I was interested in was available in stock and would be ready for me to look at as I was unable to visit the dealership on 2/27. I went to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura to check out a 2009 TSX on 2/28. I met with a gentleman by the name of Mikhail. He was 100% honest & straight to the point which I respect. He very attentive and wasn't pushy at all. He showed me the car which a side from 2 flaws was immaculate. I was sketchy about the flaws because I am so anal, but he factored them into the pricing of the vehicle and threw in a few extras. As a consumer, I feel I got a great deal. I was there for no more than 1 1/2 hours total. I wish all transactions were so smooth!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
This was by far the best car buying experience. My wife and I were on a very tight time constraint. We have two kids and car shopping is not an easy task. Mike and the Bridgewater Acura team were great! They gave us a great deal on the car that we wanted, had everything ready for us when we got there and took excellent care of us. No haggling, usual dealer games, or common nightmares (bait and switch, price changes, etc.). We tried other dealerships in the area (Open Road, Ocean) and this one blew them out of the water. We'll be getting all of our Acuras from them and send all our friends that are in the market as well.

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
I went into Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura having not made a final decision about the car that I wanted. I worked with Mike Boltarets and he was great, he walked me through my different options, both certified pre-owned and new cars, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

The entire staff at Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making it as easy as quick as it possibly could be.

I ended up buying a new 2011 TSX and I am very happy with my decision to own an Acura and I am extremely happy that I went to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura. I will definitely be buying my next car there as well!

My Review of Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura:
In my search for a 2012 Acura TL I was recommended to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura and am so happy I purchased my car there.
Makeda in internet sales catered to my needs and kept in touch with me through my quest for a new car.
Upon entering the dealership, I was then greeted by my Salesperson, Mikhail Boltarets, and couldn't have been happier with my transaction from start to finish. Mikhail was patient with me and worked with me from my trade, to the sale, the vehicle's options and also with financing. I have purchased many luxury brand cars in my lifetime and I will say that this was the most seamless, effortless, transaction I have ever experienced. I was greated in a friendly manner and I didn't feel the pressure of a saleman who was too pushy! After a breif discussion that helped us zone in on what I was interested in they were able to show me multiple options. They took their time and helped me make a decision that I felt really good about. Even though this was a used car sale I was not made to feel that my business was any less important thas someone making a much larger purchase. The salespeople and the finance person were all top notch and had great personalities. The entire experience was pleasant and I will recommend them to anyone I know that may be in the market for a new or used car.
