After emailing and checking out a bunch of Subaru dealerships, Elk Grove Subaru was the friendliest and most welcoming one. I started off with email because I wanted to handle things online before he dealerships, Elk Grove Subaru was the friendliest and most welcoming one. I started off with email because I wanted to handle things online before heading in person to seal the deal. I started off talking to Mike C and then talked to Marissa A all the way through. They didn't waste any time and gave me all the info I needed without beating around the bush! This exchange actually made the process go fast. I was able to come by, take a test drive, do little talking, and jump right into financing. Overall, being a first-time car buyer, it was a great experience. I felt super welcome. Huge thanks to Mike C and Marissa A for making everything smooth, both online and in person! As well as Mike L in financing.
