Mike Fezatte at Jennings Volkswagen

My wife and I recently bought a Passat TDI SEL from Jennings Volkswagen. Mike Fezatte was our salesperson and he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were also pleased with Andrew Low the sales manager and Paula the finance manager. Overall we had a great experience with the Jennings dealership.

I recently leased a Jetta from Mike Fezatte at Jennings Volkswagen. In short, I couldn't be more pleased with Mike as a salesperson; he was forthright and exceedingly accommodating. Would highly recommend going to Jennings.

I went into the dealership looking for a new car however I wasn't certain of which one I wanted. Mike helped me decide on a 2013 Jetta, and I absolutely adore it! He was extremely helpful and informative without being overly persistent. Mike's a great guy and I would definitely refer anyone I knew to Jennings.

I just bought a Jetta this week and I love it. Mike Fezatte was who helped me and he was amazing! He knew his stuff and made sure I got into the right car that fit my needs. We would totally recommend this place and make sure you ask for Mike.

I was very impressed with Jennings overall. My father, mother, and brother have bought vehicles from both Chevrolet and Volkswagen. I originally spoke with Chris Mader, a friend of my fathers, about Volkswagens and he was very eager to help me out. Although he said he did not know much about the Jettas, he did help me pick one out via the Jennings website and got my appraisal on the 2002 Buick started. He personally brought me over to the Volkswagen dealership and introduced me to Mike Fezatte, who enthusiastically helped me out. He took me to the fenced car lot (off of Chestnut) and we found the exact car I wanted to purchase. We test drove it and gave me a good spiel on the features of the car.

When we got back to the dealership to work out the figures, and get the paperwork ready, Mike made sure I was comfortable; i.e., asking me if I wanted a refreshment or anything. When I was confused about something, he always explained it simply and did not make it sound like he was talking out of his behind. He was honest and didn't try to push me (talk me) into something I did not want.

I was appreciative of Chris Mader for coming back over to see how things were going and to congratulate me on my purchase. Paula was very friendly and expeditious in getting the paperwork ready, for me, to go over and sign. Even though she explained to me, in short, what I was signing, she was patient and allowed me to read the documents before I signed each one.

Like Bredemann Ford, I will hold Jennings Volkswagen/Chevrolet in high regard for their dedicated sales department and would have no reservations about making future purchases, or recommending friends and other family to purchase their vehicles from this dealership.

YOU HAVE GREAT EMPLOYEES in Mike Fezatte, Paula Ciolino, and Chris Mader! I wouldn't buy cars from anyone else!

Just bought my 2nd VW a Passat from Mike F. at Jennings, couldn't be happier. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and Mike F. is a tribute to the success of this dealership. Mike personally took care of me and went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met and then some. A true salesman. I will definitely be coming back to VW and recommending this dealership and especially Mike to all my friends and loved ones. Thanks again Mike I truly appreciate all you did for me.

Love my new Passat! This was my second car I have leased from Jennings Volkswagon, and my experience was easy and quick. This was also my second time leasing my car from salesman Mike Fezatte...he was so helpful and patient. Andrew Low assisted us with the lease...a great team Mike and Andrew were! First-time vw driver and wow am I happy that Mike Fezatte persuaded to go this route. Love my CC! Get constant compliments on it and am always recommending the car and the dealership to everyone. Mike definitely is not your typical salesmen, he took an interest in my needs and wasnt pushy at all. Super informative and made me feel very comfortable with such a major purchase.

I have been a loyal Jennings VW customer since 1996 and have never had a bad experience there, whether it be with sales, financing, or service. They simply do everything possible to get the right car for you at the best possible price. I have visited several other dealerships but have not found one that even comes close to Jennings. Everyone here seems very genuine and there is never a hint of that "Creepy car salesman vibe" that you get from other dealerships. Mike was great to work with and it is no surprise that he was salesman of the year last year. Jennings will continue to keep my business and I will continue to refer others there as well.
