My Review of Proctor Honda:
I already knew where I was going to trade in my car. Mike was my salesman in 2008. His phone call to me was at perfect time. I had mentioned I may be interested in a civic. When I arrive he already had one pulled up for me to look at. Mike knows your interests ahead of time, saves a lot of time. I had very little waiting, passing employees were also so courterous, enjoy a cup of coffee and before I knew it keys were in my hands. Mike is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with.He really makes you feel like your a part of his family and wants the best for you. Thank you Mike for once again making this the smoothest purchase and I love my new car.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Mike is a great salesman -- not in the sense that he seals the deal, but in his helpful, informative and friendly style. Overall it was a fantastic experience. We might have a got a better price under different circumstances perhaps -- but the van we wanted was in short supply, and there was an expiring 0.9% financing deal. There were no new Odysseys on the lot, but Mike locked in the 0.9% on the vehicle we wanted even though it arrived after the official expiration -- and even so we got the van for a few hundred dollars under the MSRP. The financing through Honda was hassle-free, and everyone we dealt with at Proctor was courteous and friendly -- and answered our many, many questions.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
I've bought three new and one used Honda from this dealer in the past 12 years. They've done all maintenance (except for oil changes) and I've been very happy with their work. I've never had an issue with any staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. I've bought my last two cars from Mike who has never pressured for a sale. He's always been patient, freely answering all my many questions and locating the specific model and options I wanted on my car. I won't hesitate to make them my first choice when shopping for my next car.

The experience of buying a new car at Proctor Honda was a positive one. It was the easiest transfer I have ever made when purchasing a car. My Review of Proctor Honda:
I purchased my Honda CRZ through the use of USAA's car purchase program. Mike was on the phone the first day to let me know he was available if needed. Just introducing himself, no pressure. Working the nightshift, sleeping in the day, we corresponded back and forth for about two weeks. He was so very patient with me and always made me feel that my choice of car was my decision. He always kept me informed on the status of my first choice and was very understanding when I abandon the thought of driving a manual with not so good knees. He was always so very pleasant. When I finally got to meet him he was great. He showed me my car and took me through all its whistles and even set up my phone for me. He was wonderful. Mike, the finance man, was the same way. Never pressuring. Just presenting what Honda had to offer.
