First Ford Vehicle in 24Years! I had been leasing GM vehicles since the early 90's. I've leased my vehicles from two Downriver dealerships, frequenting one in particular, for the pa I had been leasing GM vehicles since the early 90's. I've leased my vehicles from two Downriver dealerships, frequenting one in particular, for the past 12 years. Fortunate to be able to use my brother's employee discount, I returned year after year to the same salesman. Even though I felt satisfied with my former GM cars, I always felt that I had to work so hard to get the vehicle I desired, with the features that I wanted, at a price I could afford . My lease was ending soon, and I was pretty much set on the Chevy Equinox. I was also interested in the Ford Escape, able to use an employee discount here as well. I test drove the Equinox first and liked it. However, after going through the "same song and dance" with my Chevy salesman, and not feeling satisfied with the features or the price I was given, I decided to try the Ford Escape and deal with my husband's longtime salesman, Mike Hayes. Wow, was I glad I did! Not only did I LOVE the Escape, Mike listened to me , concerning the features that were important to me and the lease price I could afford. I got EXACTLY what I wanted! Mike was very knowledgable, friendly and made me feel at ease right away. This was by far, the best leasing experience I've ever had, and I am driving the most beautiful Escape! I went to Taylor Ford to see if I could get a new car and try and keep my payments close to what my old car was. Mike Hayes, my car salesman, was extremely professional and honest. He answered every question perfectly. I set a price and he worked with me to get as close as possible to my limit. Once I decided on the Fiesta, he went over every feature of the car and explained how to use it. The whole atmosphere of Taylor Ford was very friendly and not at all pushy. You are not hounded as soon as you walk in the door. I was greeted with a smile every time I walked in and was asked what I needed help with. There were no surprise hidden fees associated with anything. Everything was laid out in the open in front of me. The dealer was even going to have the exact model of my car shipped to me from Ohio. Just because it's not on the lot doesn't mean it is out of reach for Taylor Ford. I walked in and out of the dealer the same day with my brand new car. Taylor Ford will make it happen for you! More
