When we arrived at Long Mc Arthur of Salina, Kansas we were greeted by Mike Lett. We were looking for our salesman that we had in the past, finding out that he no longer was employed there. So Mike with his friendly personality said he could help us. We were a little disappointed at first finding out the news about dealing with a new salesman. It didn't take long and we new that Mike would be able to handle the job. We were treated with respect from Mike and he was very patient with us making our final decision, and if we didn't understand something he would make sure we understood before going to the next question. They let us have the vehicle for the whole weekend, because we couldn't make it back until the following Monday. They paid for the gas and we enjoyed driving it, and of corse fell in love with the car. We received a call from Mike on Monday morning and was asked if we were interested in buying the car. We responded by saying we weren't happy with the price they quoted us. He said they would work with us. We bought the car that day and couldn't be happier. After the sale we talked with Luke Vanderloo. He helped us with a remote starter and floor mats for our new vehicle. He also was very friendly, and enjoyable. Our next stop was to visit with the Finance Manager, Mike Solis. We new him when he was a salesman with them, and enjoyed him very much. We had so much fun talking to him, he was very interested in spending the time to get to know us, and at the same time helping us with our financing of our new vehicle. We feel like we have made a new friend. We also meet Mark McArthur, and he also was very friendly and treated us with kindness. This is our 4th car that we have bought from Long Mc Arthur. That is why we will continue our business with them, and we always tell our family and friends to shop with Long Mc Arthur.

I was apprehensive about getting a car beings I have not had a car payment for years, but as I arrived at Long McArthur, I was greeted at the door by two professionally dressed kind worded men. In their friendly greetings you they actually made you feel like they really meant the greetings they were speaking. I met Mike Lett and was instantly put at ease, he is a well spoken man, and had no trouble answering my probably silly questions. I took my son with me on this visit for his input on what I should get, Mike never spoke around me to speak to the "MALE" with me, he included me in all the conversations about the make and model the engine type, the financing everything he spoke about he included me in the conversation.

Every salesman in the place spoke to everyone as they passed by them, that is way too cool.
Being a single woman at times like this, buying/leasing a new car is scary, so many stories about how salesmen take advantage to add to their commission etc. I was never made to feel like I was a lesser person.
Thank You Long McArthur and Mike Lett for the comfortable experience, and I love my Blue Edge.

Long-McArthur Ford is a top-notch, honest, trustworthy dealership. I inquired about a car on Thursday. Mike Lett got back to me the same day with a very good deal. I had my own numbers prepared and they were very close. No going back and forth and no wasted time. We easily and quickly worked a TRADE over the phone. I don't like to waste time, and I expect honest negotiations. They delivered in spades. They trusted me, and from the information I sent them, appraised my car sight unseen. I trusted Mike and he trusted me. I drove from Wichita to Salina Friday and everything was exactly as promised. No surprises. I was blown away by the whole car buying experience. I really enjoyed talking to Robert Murphy (I think that is his name) in finance. He showed me pictures of a car he restored. The man has incredible talent, because he started with a rusty shell and turned it into something amazing. I really like buying a car from true car guys. These folks at Long McArthur are car people. I will always start with them when looking for a car. I am very, very picky and like to think I drive a hard bargain. I am an engineer, so most sales people run from me. Several Wichita dealers failed to make me an acceptable offer. They tried to take advantage of me. These guys didn't. To Long-McArthur Ford, Mike, Luke, and Robert - thanks for a great automobile and a deal I can smile about.

mike really worked hard for me.i test drove several trucks.both new and used.he got me the best truck,for the best money.and a truck that fit my needs.i spent 5 hours with mike that day.every second was enjoyable.i would recommend him highly.a ture top shelve sales consultant.from a great dealship.
