After going to several dealers and being promised that i could have the car i wanted with a reasonabe payment price, i have found the dealer that had followed through on what they had said. My review is about Mike Mardo, Chrysler Salesman.

Two years ago, I went have an oil change on my Chrysler Touring. While waiting for my car, I decided to roam the parking lot. Mike came over said hi, and we chatted. During our conversation I asked about upgrades. He then showed me two cars within my price range as upgrades. Well, I bought the Chrysler Sebring the following week. I am totally satisfied with the service, and I love my car.

A month ago, I was looking for a used car, went back to Chrysler spoke to Mike. Told Mike what I was looking for, price range, size, mileage and monthly payments.
A car became available, he called, I went in the same day, test drove the vehicle and bought it.

Mike went above and beyond to help me ship the car to another location. He did not hesitate if he had to come in on his day off, to take care of business for me. Not too many people would give up a “day off” just to please their customers.

He is the best, and there are other friendly sales staff at Chrysler. On a scale of 1 to 10. I give Mike a “solid 10”.
Give him a call someday, and you will be satisfied.

I have given my rating for this dealership because I was looking for a new car, and after months of searching different dealerships, they had the best price, rebates & discounts, and friendly people to deal with. Mike Mardo was easy to deal with and made the purchase an enjoyable experience. The only haggling needed was in the value of my trade, but otherwise, it was an easy decision, and I was able to buy my new Jeep Compass Limited for less than a 2 year old used CR-V or other small suv.

My Review of Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Mike helped my wife find a new Chrysler Town & Country which my kids love with the Rear DvD Screen for them to watch. Coming from someone who drove a Ford Edge, this car is well worth the money and we got a great deal and have many more features than the Edge did. Also she loves that the doors all open by remote and or button. If you have Kids this is well worth it. The third row is very spacious and this car has plenty of power as well.

Overall I have to say it was a very good experience.The people / Mike that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the car industry and financing options.Mike new what was he was talking about.This was my third Dodge Ram purchase so needless to say I real like what dodge has done with truck.
the only recommendations that I can make would to be simply give the deaalership a facelift/ updating. It was clean just not that inviting.

Mike was very helpful with my wife and I. Just got back from Afghan and needed a vehicle. I went in looking for a Jeep Commander but really wanted a wrangler but didn't think we could afford it. Mike helped us out and found a wrangler that is perfect. I will go back to see him for my new jeep.

Mike Mardo and everyone at the dealership we came in contact with were not only helpful, but knowledgeable and friendly. Mike worked with my husband step by step to make this purchase as easy as he could. My husband has owned only used cars since the 1970's, so this was a big deal for him. I already have recommended the Bald Hill Dealership as well as Mike to friends. And since riding in the new Jeep I will be returning within the year to find one for me.
