Mr. Baker and Mr. Maymon made our car buying experience wonderful, unlike a great many dealerships, Bald Hill Kia possesses the "Right Stuff" where others are lacking in customer service, product knowledge and expectations. We were never pressured, switched or discourage; they were much more than just another Kia Dealership, and we left extremely satisfied. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to drop by Bald Hill Kia for a test drive and you will not want or need to go anywhere else. Absolutely the Best in Class.

first new car experience ever, mike was very helpful and friendly. as with any car dealer i think the process of having to go talk to a manager is a bad process, give the people whom the customer talks to the authority to make a deal or remove them from the process. other than that the whole experience was great.

Bob the owner and Mike in sales were excellent! We would definitely recommend this dealer. The only issue was with the finance manager in how he handled the situation with the lost title on the trade.

My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
I was looking for a car in a certain price range which narrowed by search to one particular vehicle. Based on my needs they steered me toward a larger model I didn't think I could afford without any hard core pressure. They were all very helpful and patient, going out of their way to make the numbers work for me so that I could get a car even better than I hoped for. The model I wanted was not on their lot but they found it and I was driving it home the next day. They were all super friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again, have my service done there or recommend them to anyone!

My Review of Bald Hill Kia:
A fantastic group of people to work with from the first day I walked into the dealership. Very pleasant and informative.
They work as a team and I appreciate that. If someone didn't know something they would source the information for me and get back to me immediately.

Bought my first Kia and I wasn't even on the market for a Kia, but these guys here did a fantastic job selling me on it.
So far (almost 3 months) I am still one happy customer. Kia has come a very long way (so i have been told).

Both Sales and Service Department has a great group that works well together. I have had the pleasure working with some of them on small things (i.e: new mats, new mud flaps) and the service is impecable!

Look forward to my years working with them and who knows, maybe getting another Kia.
