Mike Mikles at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence

I came into the dealership with a budgeted monthly amount that I could afford and they worked with me to get me in the 2013 Honda Pilot! Awesome!! This is my third vehicle purchase from a Jeff Wyler dealership.

We had a good overall experience, there had been some miscommunication but Mark Hume quickly responded to us and resolved the issue. We want to thank Mike Mikles for finding us a car we love at a price that fit the budget we were looking for.

I was looking for a new car to replace my Honda. My old car was worn down from years of love me and my children put on the car. I wasn't sure if I could qualify for a new car and was completely apprehensive to the leasing option. The salesman, Mike Mikles, listened to my concerns and patiently explained the pros and cons to leasing a vehicle and also did an excellent job of showing me my options in doing either. He was very knowledgeable in Honda products and in the entire finance process as a whole. He understood my perimeters in which my price point had to stay and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. In the past, dealerships have put pressure on me and made me feel as though I was getting the run around. Mike was friendly and very considerate to me and my children. His fellow coworker, John Booth, even went and brought my children coloring books to color in as we waited for financing and the banks to reply, which was an awesome distraction for them and a nice break for me from trying to reign them in! My children and I left the dealership with a new 2012 Honda Accord EX on a lease well within my price range and with the comfort in knowning when my lease is up in 3 years I'll be going back to a dealership that really took time to make me feel comfortable in the entire process! Great people and a great atmosphere for buying an essential part of a family's life!!

JOHN BOOTH BY FAR FAR HAS BEEN THE BEST CAR SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. FROM THE FIRST MINUTE WE MET I KNEW I HAD CHOSEN THE RIGHT PERSON TO HELP ME. I WAS IN A HURRY AND HE STILL WROTE ME AN E-MAIL TO ANSWER MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLE. I KNEW I WAS ALREADY COMING BACK TO SEE HIM. WHEN THERE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER BY SO MANY PEOPLE FROM OTHER SALES PEOPLE TO PETE BAMBACH AND EVEN CHAN THE FINANCE PERSON. Superb dealership, and the Wyler employee we worked with (Mike Mikles) was excellent. After a day or two of other, high-pressure dealers, we were more than ready to talk to someone who would take us seriously without acting as if we absolutely had to buy their car right now. I'd recommend them to anyone shopping for new wheels.

Me and my wife really want a new honda CR-V.

we found 2012 honda CR-V that we like color and model, same time sale person which is Mike Mikles step in us sade " how can i help you today"

only that Mike ask us for help, i make my main aready , i will buy new car today at Jeff Wyler honda florence dealer ship.
