My Review Of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :

Mike has been our Service Representative for about 10/11 years -- first with our 2002 Dodge Stratus and now with our 2008 Dodge Avenger. He is aware my wife is the primary driver of our Avenger and always takes the time to explain any maintenance procedures performed on the car to ease her mind. For example, about a month ago the right rear turn signal/brake light went out and the car reminded my wife of this fault with a chime and a scrolling notice on the dash. She drove to Hill Kelly Dodge and Mike came up with a spare bulb which he himself changed, while teaching a new employee how to do the job. Mike worked us in his busy schedule this week for an oil change and lube job so my wife can make a trip over to Louisiana to pick up a granddaughter and bring her to Pensacola for Christmas. The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb and afterwards we had a couple of questions, to which Mike worked us in again the next day (Thursday the 20th of December) and had the mechanic check those questionable items, which turned out to be no problem at all, but again, eased my wife's mind for a round trip of about 500 miles. Thanks, Mike!

Ever since I got my 2010 Dodge Ram I have delt with Mike Paschal, he has always been courtious and a true profession every time I have had work done on my truck. It feels good when you know you have a problem, that Mike will do his best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Thanks to him I've always had great experiences when dealing with Hill Kelly Dodge. Good Job!

Purchased our 2010 Dodge Caravan a few months before driving to Florida. After hearing a funny sound we visited the garage. Mike was excellent in showing us our problem, even talked to the salesman in Maine that we purchased the van through. Van was fixed the next day at a very reasonable cost. My Review Of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :

I will start by stating that I am a demanding consumer who expects good service and am not shy about criticizing a business if I do not receive it. I have purchased vehicles from Richard Manning in the past but not since he has been with Hill Kelly. Richard honestly cares about his customers and proved this again with the work he put in on this sale. The vehicle I purchased was a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in Sahara Tan which is a popular color that has been discontinued. Richard nor Mr. Tony Gilbert who is his manager had to work with me on this sale as it is the last Rubicon in this color in the south. Simply put, the Jeep would have sold without making any type of concessions. Concessions were made however to make the sale and make me as a customer feel as if the dealership really cares about their customer base. All involved did what they could to assist me in the purchase. I have had other vehicles serviced at Hill Kelly and Mike Paschal has always been extremely professional in getting my service needs filled. Mike took care of the tire/rim swap from my old Jeep to my new one after purchase and took the time to remind me about the TPMS sensors which I had not thought about and gave me an overview of the new drivetrain when I asked him about it. From start to finish, Sales to Service, I felt that the dealership was interested in keeping me as a customer happy. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Hill Kelly for both vehicle purchase or servie needs.

My Review Of Hill Kelly Dodge Chrysler Jeep :

I brought my car in on Friday afternoon because of a check-engine light showing. Mike had it checked out right away and I brought it back in the following week to get the work done. They found a number of other things that were wrong and I was able to get everything done at once and in less time than Mike had estimated. All the work except for the oil change was covered under the Chrysler extended warranty, including the car rental. My 2004 Dodge Caravan is back on the road and I am a happy camper.

The people at Hill Kelly Dodge are extremely friendly and professional. When I make an appointment, they are very respectful of my time and always complete the services requested quickly. Mike Paschal, my main contact, is always honest with me about what services/repairs are needed for my Jeep. I never get the impression that he is trying to sell me something or convince me to pay for a service that is not required or necessary. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism of Mike and the rest of the team at Hill Kelly Dodge.

The key fobs for our car quit working and another dealer was supposed to order them. They never came in and the other dealer said they were on backorder. Hill Kelly was able to get them in 2 days instead of 3 months and had them reprogrammed in 2 hours. Good job Mike and Hill Kelly. The service we received is very good.
