I just purchased my fourth Tacoma from A-1 and Quincy Smith. He did a great job with finding the exact truck I wanted including the specific color and options. Mike the Service Manager was also very helpful in getting some accessories installed including some LED lighting. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with Quincy and Mike and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

We purchased our fourth Sienna LE from A-1 this month since 2000. Excellent maintenance service from the beginning in 2000, and sales service again, this time with Quincy Smith. I am very happy to write this review for A1 Toyota dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunat dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunately not for the better! I am so very fortunate, and very much appreciate now being a part of A1 Toyota! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and genuinely care about them as well! I have had my car serviced there three times now and just recently purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done. Dan Wheeler (Assistant Parts and Services Director) is wonderful to his customers and takes pride in making sure they are satisfied. During this very difficult time of dealing with COVID 19 and being extremely cautious about where I go, I feel very comfortable going to this dealership! EVERYONE wears a mask and is very cognizant about distancing and being careful when interacting with their customers! Along with being vigilant they are also very accommodating and care that their customers feel comfortable and safe. I have fortunately found a new dealership that I am happy to be a part of. I feel totally supported at A1 therefore, I will be totally supportive of them as well. I wrote this review because I am a firm believer that loyalty is a reciprocal relationship and that allegiance should work both ways! They are an honest, caring and well run family owned dealership! I suspect one might not be able to say that with some car dealerships. I purchased a new Prius in 2010 and have been extremely pleased with the oversight of Service Manager Mike Querfeld and all the people I have dealt with in the service department. It was a natural move, when I decided to upgrade to obtain all the new safety additions, to return to A-1 for a new 2019 Prius. This time it was my good fortune to have Qunicy Smith as the salesperson. Qunicy is knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough in explaining all the options and pricing and especially helping me become familiar with the new "gadgets" that are a mystery to many people of my (older) generation. Also deserving mention is Eddie Oliveras, the finance manager, who dealt kindly with my family members who wanted to be sure I was not missing any of the fine points of pricing. This was, and will surely continue to be, an A one experience. More

On the day my wife and I went to take my truck home, Sunny and the service dept came in extra early to put the finishing touches on my truck to have it ready upon my arrival, WOW! Now that's what I call five star rating all across the board. And in service, Mike Querfield and Danny Wheeler oversaw what I wanted done to the truck and kept their promise, what an excellent service dept, only wish i didn't live so far away because i would definitely use A1 service to keep my truck running smooth. Thanks again to everyone at A1 Toyota. More
