This was my first experience buying a brand new car! Justin Ngop was so very pleasant to deal with in placing my order. Options for paying and additional warranties, etc. were plainly explained with a low pressure approach. I appreciated that. My experience with my first regular scheduled maintenance was good. It happened to be an extra busy day, as per the service writer. It would have been nice to have a little more 'hand holding' through the process because of this being my very first experience with this. Previously my late husband did a lot of work on our older cars. When he became unable to do that, he took total lead on having mechanics do the work. As a new widow, I decided to buy a brand new car, so I wouldn't be worried about reliability. I am enjoying driving my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid very much!! I drove my daughter & grandson from NY up to Duluth & back. We had a great time. Thank you, Rudy Luther Toyota! Jane More
