Mike Routt is a great asset to Castrucci Ford in Alexandria. We first met Mike when we bought 2 new cars from him a few years ago. We started with the Used Car Sales group there at Castrucci and when we had a situation go South with a different salesman, I reached out to Mike who stepped in and we were able to negotiate the right deal. Mike is easy to work with and keeps in touch with his customers long after the sale. We have now purchased 3 cars from Mike Routt and Castrucci Ford Alexandria. We also have the cars serviced there.
