Mike Schmitt was so very helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted, an Avalon Limited, and Newbold Toyota had one in stock with everything we wanted and the exact color we wanted. We told him that we dorve our cars for several years, and wanted the best with comfort, affordability, good gas mileage and a durable vehicle. We got it! We love it! Thank you Mike for helping the trade negotiations, and final sale go smoothly,and thank you Jeff Cox for making the final paperwork painless. The staff at Newbold Toyota Scion are very professional, and friendly. We never felt pressured by anyone. It was a great experience, and we so recommend Mike Schmitt as one of the finest salsepersons we have ever dealt with.

Mike Schmitt is up-front, honest and went the extra mile to help me obtain the SUV I wanted. Not only was the customer service excellent but Mike actually listens to his customers and enjoys helping them secure their future vehicle. Tony Hopkins in the finance department was most efficient and topped off the excellent customer service. Thank you Newbold for an easy and fun shopping experience. I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Mike was very helpful and informative. I had a lot of questions and test drove several vehicles and he answered all of my questions. When it came time to deal, the process was fairly quick and I got the SUV I wanted at a great price. Love the car and love the deal. Highly recommend.

My Review of Newbold Toyota Scion:
I used to dread the car buying experience until I went to Newbold Toyota where I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! I am 58 years old and have bought many cars in my life. The salesman was fantastic! He drove all the way from O'Fallon to Edwardsville to pick me up at Enterprise Leasing. He even drove me to my house to get my car title. I was so impressed with his willingness to go the "extra mile." Then I could not believe the great deal that I got on my car (0% financing). You can't get a better deal than that. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining the numbers and the advantage of the maintenance plan. If I take my car in for service I get a rental car to drive. How great is that? I also get free oil changes and tire rotations. You have got to give this dealership a try. I promise that you will not be disappointed!
