Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt he was up front and honest and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about my purchase and to ensure I was more than satisfied. He even encouraged me to come back ANYTIME for demos on taking the top down and putting it back up as easy and fast as possible. I really enjoyed meeting him and have already recommended him to my sister that is about to buy a Jeep , too! He made my experience FUN!

My Review of McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Mazda:
My wife and I visited the dealership 2 times for fact finding and test drives. Lee Braley met us immediately in a very friendly manner and worked with us to answer (or get the answers) to our questions in a timely fashion. More importantly, when we told him that it would take a couple weeks to make a decision he did not constantly bug us with phone calls. On the 3rd visit after spending a couple more hours with Lee exploring options, we purchased a new vehicle for what we considered to be a reasonable price. In addition to Lee, we met several other of the members of the staff and were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness that was demonstrated by all. In particular, Mike Henry was extremely helpful in explaining many of the technical features of our new Jeep prior to us driving it off the lot. In summary, we were treated in a very professional manner without be subjected to high pressure tactics and this turned out to be a great car buying experience.
