The salesman were very friendly and helpful during the buying process. I made the deal on a new car over the phone. Everytime I had to talk to both Chris and Mike, they were very helpful in getting the deal done over the phone. When we went to pick up the new car it was ready to go and all we had to do was sign the paperwork. Mike was very helpful in taking time to show my son all about the features on the new car and where all the controls were. We were very satisfied with the purchase.

Love the Service and Sales Personnel. Used this Dealership since 2002 upon moving to Greenville. The Customer Service is why I have stayed so long and will continue.

Fair price, not great but not bad. Dealer DOC fee is a little over what it should be but then I don't think any of them should be over $99, dealers make plenty in holdback, etc. DOC fees are nothing but added markup/profit. That being said the two individuals that I worked with, Mike Henry, and Daniel Black (who I am sure don't have anything to do with deciding what the DOC fees are) did a great job in explaining everything and in the entire order/delivery process. I would definitely use them again. Great job!!

My husband and I have purchased a truck 2 years ago and now we purchased a new Mazda 3 and we love our truck/car so much! The salesman Mike Henry was wonderful to deal with and he did everything he could to satisfy our needs and budget. We are very particular about the dealerships we deal with since moving to SC 7 years ago from NJ. These are the nicest people with the the most sincere values of any people in the car business. We could easily buy a car closer to home in Seneca....but we choose McKinney for their staff and friendly service. That is difficult to find in the car business. Daniel Black is a gentleman and Mike Henry is probably the nicest guy we have ever met in the car business. We we go there it's like family....can't say more than that!

My wife and I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited through McKinney Jeep and could not be more satisfied with the great service. We purchased our Jeep Through Chris Hawley via phone calls and email. This was the 5th Jeep dealership that we had worked with and also the loweset purchase price. Transaction was simple and easy. I can say without a doubt this was the easiest and most pleasant Automobile purchase that I have ever made. The price was exactly as stated in phone calls, and no last minute surprises.. Give a big thumbs up to Chris who was always responsive to return phone calls. Mike Henry was the salesman that worked with my wife and I while at the dealership. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend both Mike and Chris. Also say that I was Impressed with the Inventory that they had on the lot. Jeep Chrysler in Shelby,NC only had 1 to 2 Jeeps on the lot compared to Mckinneys 20+.

So in future Jeep purchases I will be going back to Mckinney Jeep.
