My Review of Braman BMW Jupiter:
Tracy was extremely helpful and gave us the confidence we needed to make a final decision on our first trip to the dealership. We had shopped on line for months so we were pretty sure what we wanted, and we had found a strong candidate on-line in the CPO inventory. Tracy got us what we wanted and took care of us like we were family. She arranged all the "little things" we would not have known to do such as ordering floor mats, scheduling service, getting the tag installed, and many others. We told her we were taking a trip the next day and needed a Sun Pass, and she went to her personal car and got a new one she had just purchased for her own use, gave it to us at no cost, and even had it installed in the car! That has to be a first! Mike didn't fool around with a long negotiation, he got personally involved and met directly with us, and even explained a couple of BMW apps for my iPhone that I downloaded during the final car prep. This is a textbook case of how to treat a customer and it got the job done for everyone involved. I would go back to Tracy and Mike without question for my next BMW or CPO car if they are still available. They are already looking for a specific car for my wife.

my eperience with all the people at braman jupiter was fabulous. It was the best experience i ever had in purchasing a car. From the time i went on the internet to the time i drove out of the showroom, everyone i came in contact had one goal in mind-offer exceptional customer service. Catherine and Tracy were great. Tracy was patient, answered every question, spent time on the test drive and has even followed up after the purchase. Mike was great, fair and made things happen. I entered the showroom at 3.30 - traded in my old car, got insurance on the new car and drove off with it at 7.30. great people, great dealership, great experience

Buying a car at this dealership was a wonderful experience. Mike Trapasso, Sales Manager, made buying a new car stressless and easy. His professionalism is outstanding. After talking with Mike, he introduced me to Steven Lee who ultimately reviewed all aspects of the BMW--from a couple of different test drives to see which model I would prefer, to actually spending lots of time reviewing the operation of the car I bought. Steve is an outstanding salesperson, and I would highly recommend him to others. Steve Lee's love for his job is obvious, and he was a real pleasure to work with. I can honestly say that buying a car from Steve and Mike was an experience I rarely have had from other dealerships and salespeople. Thank you.

Found Braman of Jupiter to be a professional and efficient operation as car dealerships go. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in owning a BMW. Sales reps are not pushy, and listen to needs and wants then offer ideas for which program or car will work best for the client Dealership is clean, with plenty of car inventory to choose from.
