Amendment of earlier post I want to amend my earlier post of 5 stars and make it a 1 star. Once they have your money nobody but nobody will give you the time of day. I have called 5 times asking for a callback and got none. Our salesperson was fired for a number of reasons. He did nothing but lie to us. I will not recommend this dealership. I wish I bought a Honda. More

New Experience Kelsey Erath was our sales rep. She did a very good job treating us with respect. I had a concern over the Manager, Mike Valko, giving me an internet Kelsey Erath was our sales rep. She did a very good job treating us with respect. I had a concern over the Manager, Mike Valko, giving me an internet price and then that vehicle did not exist. I asked if this was the bait and switch. Kelsey checked and told us that the vehicle must have been sold. She did show me the vehicle, that was an upgrade, that I was looking at. I did get a discount that I was aware of. Kelsey was the reason I ended up buying. I felt comfortable with her and she gave me options and didn't pressure me in my decisions. She even stayed after closing hours so I could pick up my vehicle the same day. It was a good experience with all the people I had to deal with the closing. More

The online sales coordinator sent me excellent pricing and when I arrived to buy, I didn't wait at all for a salesperson, nearly immediately got to test drive my two cars. Then, as all of the normal happenings -- business paperwork, car washing and prep, etc.--were happening, our sales rep stayed with us, chatted us up, kept us entertained, basically, as he walked us through the final details. Felt like we were hanging out with a friend. Answered our questions, but was never over-salesy or patronizing. I'm a lay-down buyer and they responded to exactly what I asked for. I haven't bought a car in 11 years, I'm thrilled it was this easy and actually, FUN. More

From the very beginning of this purchase experience, we felt very well taken care of without that any negative buying event, as we were exposed to in the past with other dealership, transpired. The quality of his character comforted our hearts and our minds immediately. With other words, Matt made us completely feel welcomed and totally comfortable as we went through our vehicle selection and sales finalization administrative procedures. Great experience I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sale I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sales Manager quickly responded with a very competitive price. I shopped around other dealerships for an 'internet price', but Wilde could not be beaten. Mike was great at responding to my emails and questions and got me in the door to check out a car they had in stock since the car I inquired about was yet to be delivered. Once I got to Wilde there was a bit of confusion as to who I was actually supposed to meet to check out the car. I got passed around to 2 very confused sales associates before finally meeting Corey Knoelke. Corey was very familiar with the car I enquired about (WRX) and was able to get me in a car for a test drive within minutes. I very much liked the car but I was unsure if the car they had coming in, was the color and had the options I wanted. I emailed back and forth with Corey over the next week while I did more research before finally deciding on a color, trim, and options package I wanted to purchase. Corey was able to locate a car very similar to what I had wanted from another dealership they trade with and was able to secure the car for me. Corey also provides his cell phone number to call him directly or to text. I really enjoyed being able to fire off quick texts which he would quickly respond to, even on his days off - this was excellent. The car came in, so I went to the dealer to purchase it. The deal went smoothly and Corey and Pete Erkkila were able to get me a great price on the car right in line with what the Internet Price was quoted at. I had financing lined up with my Credit Union prior to going into the dealer, Terrance Caldwell in the business department thought he could get me a better APR - and he did. Terrance was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the paperwork process, I was introduced to Omar Elahi after declining any additional add-ons and protection plans. Omar was very aggressive to try to earn an add-on sale. I was slightly interested in an extended warranty and he pushed very hard to get my sale. I would not take 'no' for an answer and we were able to agree upon a price I was happy with to add the extended warranty onto the sale of the car. The financing and singing process went very quickly, from the time I got to the dealer and completed with the sale was just under 2 hours. However the car was just delivered late the previous business day and still needed to be cleaned up and inspected for delivery to me, this took an additional 2 hours which was expected. Overall very happy to be a Wilde Customer, no complaints. More

Great Car buying experience I started communicating with Mike Vlako about a 2018 Outback. He answered all my questions, walked me through options, and was super responsive. Whe I started communicating with Mike Vlako about a 2018 Outback. He answered all my questions, walked me through options, and was super responsive. When it came time to reserve a car, he hooked me up with Corey Knoelke and Corey was also responsive whenever I had a question. When it came time to come down and trade in my car, they had the new one ready to go. Even with doing all the financing paperwork, I was in and out in 2.5 hours. Terrance in Finance was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More
