We Would Give 10 Stars If We Could!!! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to get her first car! From Avery (Sales) to Josh (Finance) these two gentlemen work These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to get her first car! From Avery (Sales) to Josh (Finance) these two gentlemen worked very diligently and dedicated alot of time to make sure we got the car we wanted. They updated me and stayed in contact frequently. They even went along with my plan of convincing my daughter she was getting an older car that we were approved for. She was unaware these gentlemen helped me get her financed for her favorite car!.....A 2016 Honda Civic!! They helped me surprise her and even found a bow to put on the car!!!! The price was perfect. They got our payment right where we were comfortable and wanted it also! Everyone at this dealership was super polite, friendly and genuinely happy for her getting her first car! She talked about everyone the entire way home. She and I were very happy with the service, attention and dedication from the entire staff! Top notch. When I started my search I was not considering a Honda. However after three months of researching online vehicles for sale within the state of Ohio, visiting and test driving vehicles from two other delearships I decided to go look at Allan Nott. From the first greeting to the test drives, I went from having no intention of buying a Honda to cancelling all other options off my list. Now if I was going to buy a car the only place I wanted to purchase it from would be Allan Nott. The excellence of service had my attention. Excellent Sales and Service I bought a used van from Allan Nott. The entire process was painless and a breeze. I even took my 6 yr old son with me. There was no pressure during a I bought a used van from Allan Nott. The entire process was painless and a breeze. I even took my 6 yr old son with me. There was no pressure during any point of the sale. Brodey and Miles were very quick with negotiating and kept things going smoothly. My van was "as is" so I under stood the risks involved with buying. I think it came with 1 month or 1000 miles. After 3.5 months of driving and a few trips to a different, less than adequate dealership (Thayer Bowling Green, Ohio) to resolve a vibration problem, Thayer couldn't figure it out and so I called Allan Nott explaining the issue. Allan Nott Honda service fixed the issue and the van has never driven as smooth as it does today (since I've owned it). Not only did Cody and his team at Allan Nott diagnose the issue but they were also very generous in helping with the costs. Even though my vehicle had been sold as is Allan Nott went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. I will gladly be returning to Allan Nott for future purchases. I've never had a better experience with a dealership! More
