I normally work with either Mitch or Chelsea, and both are superlative at customer service! There is Kevin, but I have not worked with him recently, although he is very pleasant as well! The service department is one of the best I have dealt with from a dealership, and I can trust them completely. We had my wife's Kia Soul in for a wheel bearing and also asked for an oil service to be done. they had the vehicle for a week, and when I went to pick it up after the bearing replacement, the oil change was asked for an oil service to be done. they had the vehicle for a week, and when I went to pick it up after the bearing replacement, the oil change was never addressed. My wife has several text messages with the service writer mentioning the oil change. when I was paying for the bearing I asked what can been done about the oil change and was told that nothing could be done, that I would have to reschedule. This was also said in a very non caring attitude. I made multiple attempts to call Mitch and was always told he was busy or not in. As a General Manager of a dealership myself. I know if this happened in my service dept I would be taking care of it to make the customer satisfied. This is not the first time we have had issues with the service dept. I spoke to them again today to try and get a oil change next week for before my wife goes to Orlando and was told first available isn't until the 26th. I will be making the drive across town to Stokes Kia from now on. More
