My Review Of Precision Acura of Princeton:

I was in the market to buy a new 2012 TSX SE and I checked out five different Acura dealers in Central NJ for a good deal. If you want to save yourself time and lots of money, just visit Precision Acura of Princeton.
From the first time I emailed Jacqui, the Internet Sales manager, to the day I picked up my car, this has been the best car buying experience I ever had in my life.
Jacqui did not play any games like the other Acura dealers, and gave a quote right away. The other dealers, like Open Road, even hide their inventory so you could not see the car you want. They make you go down there, waste time and gas, and try to pressure you into a deal. I tried to get a quote from Bridgewater Acura 3-4 times, I emailed them, called them but they would not give me a quote unless I went there. (to waste my time.)
After I got the quote from Precision Acura, I drove 35 miles to their showroom and Jacqui introduced me to Ahmed. He is the most knowledgeable and polite sales consultant . He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. Ahmed treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. Within 20 min. I was signing the contract with the best deal yet.
Since the car I bought wasn't in stock, I had to wait a few weeks for delivery. I called a many times to inquire about delivery, and Mitchell, the eCommerce Marketing Director, went out of his way to make sure I was updated on the whereabouts of the car at all times.
When I picked up the car, Eric, the finance consultant, finished with my paperwork in 10 min. Ahmed took the time to show me every switch and button, he even set up my Bluetooth phone with the car.
Before you buy your next Acura, call Ahmed and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience than any other dealer. I will buy all my future cars from Ahmed.

My Review Of Precision Acura of Princeton:

I just purchased a brand new 2011 Acura MDX Tech from Precision Acura of Princeton. This is my first Acura and It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Eric Sebar, Tom Gattorno and Mitchell Brenner assisted me with my purchase in a very professional manor. Eric was very knowledgeable about the MDX and all of it's features. I really appreciated the time Eric spent with me to go over the most important features that the vehicle has to offer during delivery. Precision Acura of Princeton has by far some of the best pricing I have seen when it comes to purchasing a new Acura. Precision Acura's website is also top notch. They do a great job updating the new Acura inventory by stating the trim, exterior color, and interior color. I would highly recommend Precision Acura to all my friends and family and would definitely purchase from them again in the near future. I am glad to be a part of the Precision Acura family!

My Review Of Precision Acura of Princeton:

Curt Gittleman, sales representative at Lawrenceville Acura, was absolutely wonderful with helping me buy my new Acura.  In fact, everyone at Acura in Lawrenceville, NJ went out of their way to help me have a positive experience while choosing a new car.

In particular, Curt Gittleman was extremely courteous, knowledgeable,and seemed to really believe in the product that he has been selling.  One of the reasons that I will stay with Acura, besides enjoying such a fabulous automobile, is the convenience with scheduled maintenance appointments and the friendly people who work for Acura.

Curt in particular, made my day go smoothly with every detail.  Even when I came back to pick the car up, he had everything and everyone ready for me so that I could leave early.  He even came in early because he knew my schedule was so busy that day.  He is truly an asset to your dealership!

In this day and age time is so important. Acura has an excellent company philosophy about relating to their customers in a positive way. It is also a good company rule that they keep with appointments in a timely manner. I do not dread my scheduled maintance appointments because I know that I will be back home shortly.  The fresh coffee and access to the computer are helpful as are the friendly employees.  People generally notice all of this and choose a car dealership based these small details. Making things easy for people is one. Human relations is one also.  People like to be treated well and I certainly have been.

Thanks again and I do hope that I will have Curt the next time, he exceeded my expectations.  Tom was very nice also and so was Mitchell. I thank you all.

My Review Of Precision Acura of Princeton:

I contacted this dealership through the Internet and dealt with Tom Thornton. I asked to only be contacted through email and they were the only dealership that listened to me. The vehicle was a gift for my wife and I wanted it to be a surprise which is why I didn't want any phone calls.

Tom obliged me by giving me everything I needed to make a quick and easy
decision. When the time came to buy the vehicle Tom was on vacation and I had the pleasure of speaking to his manager who knew the whole story the day I called. I don't know how but he did. He arranged to have my vehicle ready for me when I walked in with my wife. Jim Swett, a salesperson who knew so much about the vehicle, he made it easy to understand and everything I was promised by Tom, and then Mitchell, was lived up to.

I highly recommend this dealership.
