Every on was fantastic. I had been to 4 dealers in the previous 2 weeks. Almost as soon as i walked on the lot I was made feel welcome. Mone' was very knowledable of the cars and had an answer for every question I had. I would defanitaly recommend this dealership to everyone.
I bought a car without feeling like I had made a mistake!!! It was a very enjoyable experience.

Mone' was a joy to work with from the moment I arrived! She was patient with me, as I really only wanted to drive the Koup, not go through all the paperwork, having had some recent medical challenges. I arrived back the next day to buy the car, only to find it had been sold! At this time I was ready to complete the paperwork and Mone' assured me she would do her best to find me a car just like the other one. I had only been there a short time when she informed me there was a Koup which fit my needs and she could make arrangements to have it there early the following week, which she did.

This car is so much fun to drive!! I love my (second) Kia and will refer everyone to Mone'! Her friendly, comfortable style put this buyer at ease right through to the end of the buying process. She is clearly very knowledgeable and dedicated to customer service, a true asset to your organization!!

Both My Wife and I were very pleased with the Price of the Car. The Salesperson, Mone Ceasar, was very Knowledgeable and Friendly. We both felt she was more concerned with helping us find the right car and not about making just another sale. We had been shopping daily for over three weeks and spoke with more than 50 Salesman. Ms. Ceasar stood out from all the rest with her product knowledge and willingness to help us get the best value for our money. She is highly recommended to anyone looking for a new car. Shopping at KIA Country was a great experience. I especially liked that they did not add-on all the "dealer extras" to increase thier profit margins such as Nitrogen in the tires (Most Dealers in the Charleston area do that), a paint and fabric protection Package (Most Dealers in the Charlston Area do that also), $300.00 mudflaps (Sorry Hyundai), Extra money for locks on the wheels (Sorry Honda), Theft Protection ie: engraving VIN Numbers on all the windows, and of course Application processing fees to fill out their paperwork. This was by far the best car buying experience so far.

The friendliness at Kia Country of Charleston was wonderful. We told the salesperson exactly what we were looking for and they worked very hard to get us a deal as close to our dreams as possible. All of their hard work enabled us to have a low down payment AND a low monthly payment. The best part was how quickly they worked,this made the car buying experience more enjoyable. Actually, this was the best car buying experience we have encountered. We would recommend Kia Country to friends,family and anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and never had such ease when buying my new Kia Sorento. The sale person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I bought and did not pressure me in the least bit or even try to sell me something that I was not interested in. I told her what I wanted and there was not haggling over the price. I did my research before going in the dealership and they were very fair in their pricing! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know who is in the market for a car. I love my new car. Mone' Ceasar was my sales associate. Please ask for her if you want someone that is knowledge and friendly.

Mon'e Ceasar was very professional, knowledgable, and very personable.
She made the experience of buying a new car relatively painless!
I was delighted when she showed me how to use the bluetooth.
I bought a Kia Forte and love it!
I also was impressed with Jeremy (can't remember his last name) the finance guy from Edisto.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kia Country of Charleston to anyone!
