Monte was extremely professional, honest, well spoken, very knowledgeable about the products he was selling, and thorough. Monte's main goal was customer satisfaction not the actual sale itself. Monte along with the rest of the Long McArthur staff went out of their way to provide a pressure free buying experience. I have dealt with this dealer for over a decade and will continue do so for many years to come. I highly recommend this sales person and dealer.

My Review of Long McArthur, Inc.:
My husband and I were shopping for a new car. This is our 16th car purchase. Of all the people we have worked with on car purchases, Monte is one of the 2 who have done the best job. He was helpful without being over bearing. He made both of us comfortable and was completely open and honest during the full process. If he did not know the answer for a question, he went out of his way to find the facts. He worked hard to make sure the vehicle we bought was a good fit and that we were entirely comfortable with it.

Everyone we worked with at Long McArthur provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Monte and work with him again in the future.

Monte and Malory were very nice. Monte is probably the most honest salesman I have ever talked with. I was doing a 9 hour away trade with pics only and a phone call. He described many things that I could not see in pics. I didn't do the deal because of it. He knew that I would walk and was still honest. I would use them again.

I came to the dealership to find a new truck to purches for work related purposes. After setting dowm and discussing my options and two test drives later, we found the truck that suited my needs the best. The sale was quick and the service was very in tune with my needs and were able to accomidate me very well!
