Morgan was exceptional on how he got me into new Honda especially since my goal was a used CR-V. He treated me extremely well and was not pushy and for that alone I would come back to Ciocca as well as send others his way!

Excellent experience! They had the vehicle I was looking for and it was obviously well serviced before the sale. Morgan Reynolds and all of the other folks I had contact with were friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. I would recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone!

I am the proud owner of a new Honda 2013 CRV from Ciocca Honda Harrisburg due to the exceptional experience I had at Ciocca. I had not planned to purchase a new vehicle but had emailed Matt Cole,general sales manager,the day prior to visiting Ciocca and asked for information about the 2013 CRV's,vehicle prices,loan interest rate from Honda,comparison between the 2011 CRV I had and the 2013 models. He responded with more information than I had requested and invited me to stop by. When I arrived at Ciocca,he had a CRV for me that met all my specifications waiting for my inspection. He was so friendly and patient with my unending questions but never once did I have any pressure put on me from Matt. He said it was his job to give me the information that I needed to decide what was right for me and he would be available to give whatever help I needed but he didn't want to influence me with my decision,which I highly appreciated. Morgan Reynolds took me on a test drive on roads which were typical of my home area. He couldn't have been any nicer and he too,had patience with me for asking multiple times the same questions. Andrew Wallett did all of my paperwork and I am sure in record time as I was surprised how quickly it went. He was very polite and efficient. All of the men were so attentive,helpful,and knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was someone important when in fact I was just another customer. This is my third vehicle purchased from Ciocca and I bought knowing it was a great deal each time and that they were available if I needed anything. I have used their service department during the last three years and it is topnotch! Thank you Matt,Morgan,and Andrew for making this purchase so enjoyable!

My friend had a very positive experience purchasing a car(from Morgan) and dealing with the service department, that I felt I would give Ciocca a chance to sell me a car. This after dealing with and having my car serviced by Ebersole. The experience was painless and I didn't feel pressured. I hope this is a sign of more good things from Ciocca.

We so appreciated the service we received from Ciocca Honda! Due to a drastic change of finances, we were looking for a very inexpensive vehicle in good condition. Even though Morgan would not profit much at all from the sale he made, he treated us as though we were purchasing the most valuable car on the lot. He was friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied. Thanks Morgan for a great experience!

Shopping for a vehicle was not simple or fun - until we visited Ciocca Honda. The first person to approach us in the lot was Morgan Reynolds, who ended up working with us over the course of a few weeks until we found the perfect car. Morgan was extremely professional and thorough, and went above and beyond to stay in contact with us throughout the process. He never once made us feel pressured or swindled (as so many other car dealerships had!). He has been excellent in following up with us on our post-purchase needs as well. On top of everything, he has a great sense of humor and was a lot of fun to work with! Hopefully we don't need a new vehicle again any time soon, but if we do, we will definitely visit Ciocca - and ask for Morgan!
