Randy M. is by far the best salesman I have dealt with anywhere Period. He has seen me literally through three cars and two marriages. I needed a car in a very short period, with very little money and he came through in a big way. From first contact to delivery this was a great dealership to deal with. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time. Found the exact truck I had been looking for on Dick's website. My first contact was with John when I called in with some specific questions regarding the truck. John was very helpful and got right back to me with answers to my questions. He then set up a time for me to meet with Randy and take a look at the truck. Randy was absolutely great to deal with throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about every question I had regarding the truck, and a true professional from first contact to delivery of the truck. Randy always called me back when he said he would and took care of every extra item on the truck as promised and on time. I then met Rob when I came to take delivery of the truck and complete the final paperwork. Rob was a true professional as well and made for a very quick and painless paperwork process. All in all; a great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Dick's and all above mentioned employees to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a great purchasing experience for their next vehicle.

I went to Dodge unsure on getting a new or used truck. After taking a test drive with Randy May and talking with him about the positives and negatives of new or used, I was set on the truck that I wanted! I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie and I couldn't be happier! Randy spent several hours hanging out with me and answering questions. Once I selected my truck, he showed me the ins and outs of it. Randy was an absolute great guy to work with and I would send anyone to him.

This was the most exciting purchase ever! I saw my dream truck on their website and I really wanted it! So i drove from Salem,OR and met Randy and Ricardo. Guess what i'm driving now!!! Yes! My dream truck came true! They were awesome to do business with. They sure made an impression on me as far as dealing with a dealership. I would recommend Dick's Country Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge if you want to be treated like a king!

Randy may he's the man I bought so many cars from him and I go back every time. He's a friend. And s he'll of a man. Top in the car business and works on every possible deal he can to get u a car or truck. I'm proud to say dicks is the place to buy your next truck jeep or car and randy may. Gets it done !

I've been to this dealership twice now for a new car and will continue going back as long as they are open. They were able to get me an excellent rate on my loans depsite less than stellar credit, and the service I recieved there was like no other. I told them what vehicle I wanted, what features and what amount for a monthly payment and I got a killer deal far below MSRP. Not only that, but the entire transaction was quick and easy with no fuss and no "spin". Never did they try to entice me into a vehicle I didn't want because they thought it was better for me or because it got them a better profit or something, they were totally focused on what I wanted and worked hard to get it. I never felt like I didn't understand what was going on during the signing process, and everything was explained in a kind and friendly manner. Truly making buying a car there a pleasure! I am not the only one with this kind of loyalty. I drive an extra hour just to go to this dealership, but when I bought my last car there a guy from California had me beat- he drove ALL NIGHT from another state just to be able to buy his car from Dick's again because of the wonderful experience he had.

Randy was excellent! We had a grat experience tha smae type of experience we got when we dealt with Don Clark. Randy has certailnly filled Don's shoes well. We look forward to working with him again in the future.

This was a great experience. Normally buying a vehicle is very stressful but not at this dealership. Randy took a personal interest in getting my vehicle in a timely manner. The paperwork was quick and dirty. I'am very happy with the vehicle and the dealer/ salesmen.

I didn't have the usual car buying experience which was a good thing. I found the truck I was interseted in on thier Website and filled out the online request and they contacted me very fast. I went in and looked at the truck and was pleases and Randy was great to work with. They worked with me to get the payment I wanted and walked out with a great used truck. My only complaint would be that on line the say apply for finance and I filled out everything on line but when it came time to finance I had to fill out everything again when I was there so it was pointless to fill out the on line finance forms. Not a big deal however the service shop guy Todd was also nice to meet and if you need an oil change Dick's is the best deal in town. Thanks everyone for my first painless vehicle buying experience.
