My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I was ready to buy a VW Passat when I happened to stop for a car comparison at Elk Grove Toyota.I was taken by the friendliness, knowledge and courtesy displayed by Johnny and Nai.Even though the new Prius I was interested in was more money than the Passat I ended up purchasing their car.Lupe introduced herself when I was waiting at the showroom offered me refreshments and also answered my questions patiently and courteously.After the purchased of the car Lupe assisted me explaining the new technology of the different functions of the Navigation System and also helped me setting them up.Debby not only explained the optional packages in detail but provide me with a better financing option than what I had and she did it in a natural and jovial manner.

I must admit that I had tried to buy previously a Prius from another Toyota dealer in Sacramento area but it left me in a sour note.Elk Grove Toyota dealer has put a cohesive group of individuals that understand the needs of the client.Congratulations!This team really have a passion for excelent customer service.

For all of the above reasons I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota to all my friends and family members.

The toyota experience was Fantastic. I was looking for a new car and the dealership was cooperative, easy going, and understanding or what I was looking for. They also understood that I was just looking and allowed me time to think about the car before I was contacted to see if I was coming back to purchase a car.

I spent entire month buying a car, it was a fleet rental in good shape. I bought a 10 Corolla. Want to get a Tacoma in spring,hopefully I can get a good deal on it. Toyota recalls have not influenced me buying quality product, shout out to Curtis and Nai for putting up with me for a month.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
After going to a few other dealerships such as Hyundai and VW, I ended my search here at Elk Grove Toyota. I met with a salesman by the name of Nai, who was very pleasant to work with. I gave him a list of what I could afford and the monthly payments I was willing to make. Next thing you know, he pulls up a list of every car on the lot that applied to me! He took us out and personally showed us all of the cars that were on his list. Finding one that stood out to me, I asked for a full history report as well as warranty information and options. There was no repeatedly going back and forth to negotiate price, just good ol' fashioned service! He even gave us a great deal on an extended warranty!
Being a college student, Nai helped me find the car that fit my budget. He even showed me that in the end he was losing money by selling at such a low price, but that he really didn't need to take money from a college student. :)
In all, I had a great experience here, and would definitely recommend friends and family! Thanks Nai!

I absolutely love this dealership! Nai was fantastic to work with and really listened to what I wanted and was looking for. I felt like he truly put my interests first over his commission and wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase – which I am 110%! This is the second car I have purchased from Elk Grove Toyota and refuse to go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are looking to purchase a car. And no, I’m not a paid spokesperson :)

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
I first went across the street to the Honda dealership was there 10 min. before anyone came to help so that showed me the customer service was not what I wanted so I left and went across the street to try toyota. First of all there people were standing outside when I pulled up not nowhere to be seen like Honda Curtis Jare came up and introduced himself right away, shortly after that Nai Saechao came and introduced himself as the manager and I told him what I was kinda looking for they both discussed it and came up with list of cars to show me. They were very helpful answering questions and were able to find me the perfect car and because I am on a fixed income worked till I not only had the payment I needed but the car I love.I`ve already told everyone I know what a great deal I got and that the customer service was just as great. Keep up the good work Curtis and Nai you made Elkgrove Toyota and buying my first new car in 25 yrs a easy thing.

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He answered our questions and was very professional. We never felt as though he was pushing us into the purchase. The finance manager was also very friendly and knowledgeable. She did not try to oversell "extras" for the vehicle and was also very professional. Overall we thought it was a positive experience.

made everything easy, seemed very honest. I had a certain truck in mind a price I wanted to pay and did nearly everything through email before I went to the dealership. Buying the truck I wanted was worth waiting for and it was painless and almost in my back yard, I'd do it all over again.

The salesmen we dealt with were courteous and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. I made three trips to the dealership to test drive my new vehicle. Each trip I made to the dealership, there were no pressure techniques. The salesmen were responsive to all my questions. For these reasons I came back to make my final purchase.

My Review of Elk Grove Toyota:
After shopping all over the Sacramento area, Roseville, Maita
and many Toyota dealerships, I found that Elk Grove Toyota is the best. The main reason for this is Grant Orlando and Nai Saechao, they were absolutely amazing and I would refer them to all of my family and friends. I received the best service with the most knowledge out of all the dealerships in Sacramento. They treated me with respect and were also honest which you do not find at dealerships usually.

Even though I did not purchase a car today because I need to wait until the beginning of the year, I will not go anywhere else but Elk Grove Toyota because of Grant and Nai. I could not say enough about their abilities!
