Nana Sono at Plaza Toyota

My wife and I had been shopping for a good family vehicle as a trade for our minivan and we pretty much had an idea on what to expect. We walked in Plaza Toyota a few minutes after they opened on a Monday and Mr. Nana Sono, who was talking to another sales person stood up and meet us. He explained everything about the vehicle we wanted - Toyota Sienna. We let him enumerate the features, safety and standards not because we wanted to be impressed or that we don't know but because we want to know how sincere and truthful he is in the explanations. Then, we wanted to know the most important fact: the NUMBERS. Honestly, we already had previously knowledge on the numbers and our expectations are already set. We came in with a so-so trade in vehicle with a huge upside down. We still sat in there pretending we were naive and excited to drive a new vehicle. We were supposed to go to New Jersey that day and meet with the dealer we spoke to who offered us the best deal but with some cash out. So we informed Nana that we want to drive out with a new Sienna with no money down. After inspecting our trade-in, contacting our lien holder, etc. he asked if he can give us the better deal we can do business with him. I dreaded that part. I knew what that means: if you say yes then you are screwed and it's hard to get out. Nana looked at me in the eye and promised to even take out part of his just to make the deal with me. And boy, he actually delivered much more than we expected. We came out of the dealership 5 hours later not even knowing it was already five hours. Nana made us feel comfortable and spoke to us as if we were best of friends. He even toured us around the dealership, service and parts area and introduced us to anyone from the techs to the managers. We felt like we belong to the Toyota family even if this is our first Toyota vehicle. The hours just went by so fast! When we got home, our friends asked us the numbers (of course) and we were so proud to say a little over a hundred a month, the same exact insurance premium as before and we are driving a new Toyota Sienna. They were so amazed that we were able to pull it through with no money down. If anyone is looking for a new ride you can drop by Plaza Toyota and look for Nana Sono. It may sound like Nana paid us something to write good about himself. YES he did. He paid us with his EXCELLENT SERVICE and FAMILY-oriented approach to the bad side of business!!!!

I don't have very good credit and that affected my chances of getting approved for a good deal for my new lease. Mr. Sono and his supervisr worked very hard, going above and beyond, to get me aprroved for the best deal possible. Mr. Sono made it possible for me to turn my old car in and get a new leased toyota for my wife. I am very greatful for all the time and hard work he put in to get me approved.

Nana is a very good salesman that helped me through the whole process explaining to me why its better to own a new car then a used one and how much money you can save. I am very satisfied from his work and all of the people in Toyota that worked hard to get me my new car. I give them a A+ rating.

We chose to do buy our 2013 Avalon at Plaza Toyota due to the exceptional customer service and salesmanship of Nana Soto. We read many positive reviews online about Nana and chose him when we came to Plaza. He listens to your needs and tries his very best to get what you want. Nana has a very professional and friendly demeanor and is knowledgeable of the entire Toyota line. He is patient and answers all of your questions. He is not pushy and is very pleasant to work with. My wife and I walked into Plaza Toyota in search of a good and efficient car for my family.We were greeted by somebody by name Nana Osono,who happened to be one of the many dealers working there.He humbly asked us how best he can help us get what we were there for,and i told him we were there to get a car.He invited us to his desk and asked us what type of car we were looking forward to purchase.Nana Osono took us round the dealership,to each and every car telling us how each car can benefit my family and i.He was patient listening and answering questions we had,making us know he really knows his profession.Nana Osono is very persuasive and professional with his customer care skills.He helped us pick a Toyota 4 Runner,2013 model which my family loves.He is good with his job and very commendable, with this i hereby recommend Nana Osono to all my loved ones and quaintances and to all prospective car buyers looking to buy their dream car from Plaza Toyota.On behalf of my family i say a very big Thank You to Nana Osono,and hope he is rewarded and even promoted.He really made my family's Thanksgiving holiday a reality.

So where do I start
My family was almost just wiped out in Hurricane Sandy. In all the aftermath the only one positive experience has been dealing with Mr.Nanna Sono at Plaza Toyota. My wife and I walked in to the showroom, looked around for the car we were interested in a Yaris and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr,Nanna. We told Mr.Nanna what had happened to us and what we wanted and the only thing he said was no problem. Mr.Nanna is a real gentleman. He made replacing a car as easy as it could possibly be. This is my second new vehicle purchase from Plaza Toyota and would and do recommend Plaza to anyone looking for great cars and hassle free service.

Mr. Sono showed personal attention in finding a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I was very happy with his demeanor and professionalism afforded to me. He spent a long time showing me several vehicles until I decided upon the one that I liked. I would recommend this salseman to any one I know that is looking to buy a car.
