TREATED LIKE FAMILY from the second we walked through the door!!!

From start to finish we were confident in our sales person Natalia. She had an answer for every technical question we had about every car we looked at.
Very knowledgeable!

Natalia's “lack of pressure” sales approach made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. Never once did we feel pressured to buy a car or intimated when asking even the simplest question. That was very much a strong factor in our experience!

Alex was very precise on financing and made sure our payments were within the anticipated range with a great interest rate. THANKS Alex!

Ben was super friendly and didn’t disappoint! Ben you run a great team!!!

I walked into the dealership with a goal in mind and that was to improve my current situation. I figured I would have to battle and fight and argue to get what I wanted like you have to do at other dealership, but that was not the case here. I went in and talked with Alex and he set me up with Natalia. She was great. She took to heart what I was looking for not how to better pad her wallet. I never felt pressured with her or Alex. When we finished I felt like I had new friends not annoying people who wrangled me into something not good for me. During our shopping/buying experience Natalia and Alex both told me that if I felt uncomfortable in any way to let them know and we could part as friends. She showed me a couple of card and told me what she thought would best suit my needs. Then she told me that if we couldn't reach a deal that she would continue to search and go to auctions and try and find something that I would be pleased with. Alex took it to heart that in this economy we needed to improve our situation and he worked very hard crunching number and making calls to banks and looking for rebates and deals to help us out. In the end it worked out well for us and when it is time to buy again we will go back to Ken Garff. Not only would I recommend this dealer and it's people I already have. I have purched about 5 or 6 cars in my short married life, best dealer ever. Thank you Alex and Natalia.

we had a good experience the employees were friendly and natalia knew exactly what we wanted, she took the time to ask us questions about what we want in the truck and got it all so good. she picked out the car we would like best and that is the one we drove off with later that night. I would recommend people go to her she is a great person to work with, she is very friendly and doesnt push you to do something you dont want to do.

We needed a van because our daughter is in a wheelchair and we needed the extra room. Robbie and Natalia were able to find us some that fit our budget and the options that we wanted. We live pretty far away from the dealership, but when we went in everything went so smoothly and we got the first van they showed us because it was so perfect. It was a little more expensive than we originally wanted to spend, but it was well worth it. Thanks guys.

This is the 2nd time that we have worked with Natalia and she is wonderful. She is very friendly (not pushy), professional and very knowledgeable about their vehicles. She went above and beyond in helping us find 2 vehicles that would save us money in payments and fuel but still handle what we needed them for. Natalia is hands down one that I would recommend anybody to buy a car from and Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge as well. Great Job Natalia!!!!!!

My Review of Ken Garff West Valley Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Natalie was great to work with. She helped us select the car we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable without being pushy. She really knew the Dodge Challenger, and helped us get the right model for our needs (and wants). She also listened really well, and helped us to figure out which package was the most appropriate. When an issue over affordability arose regarding my preference for the factory NAV system, she offered an excellent workaound by introducing us to the accessories manager. He was able to show me a great aftermarket solution.

Also, after going home and doing more research, I decied to try to get Rallye model, and it was only available ata competing dealer. However, I really wanted to work with Natalia, so she fought hard to get the car brought over to Ken Garff. I wanted her to get the commission as she had worked hard for us. The deal was done, and I got exactly the car my wife and I wanted thanks to the hard work of the folks at Ken Garff, including Natalia.

She is very knowledgable about the vehicles and she's definitely looking out for your best interest as a customer. We ended up choosing a Honda at another Ken Garff dealership (another outstanding experience), but we just wanted to say how great the service was at Ken Garff Jeep. Highly recommended! :)
