Natalie Baublitz at Royal Palm Toyota

We were looking for a 2010 certified used prius and traveled 180 miles to purchase from Royal Palm Toyota, bypassing several local dealers. There were no gimmicks, no frills, no getting treated like the piece of meat descended upon by vultures as we've experienced with so many of the Toyota dealers. Josh Bustard and Natalie Baublitz were knowledgeable, pleasant and professional in all respects. They made the trade of our old car seamless. And the prius is as advertised. It's our 6th Toyota product, and we've never had a problem with any of them dating back to 1986! The feel is solid. We would recommend Royal Palm Toyota and its top notch staff to anyone looking for a superior vehicle at a fair price.

When my aunt wanted to buy a new Toyota, I brought her to Natalie at Royal Palm Toyota. Natalie sold me My Venza last year. Natalie has kept in touch making sure I liked the Venza. Natalie was professional and excellent in every step of the transaction. I appreciated the way she respected my time and knew how I do not like haggling for a better price. I knew Natalie had an excellent career in her future. I called Natalie for an appointment. Natalie met my aunt and I with a smile. She told me she is now the Internet sales manager! I wasn't surprised because Natalie did such a great job. Natalie introduced us to Josh Bustard in sales. Josh was also excellent and professional . Josh showed my aunt a few cars . Josh conversed with Natalie for the right price.Natalie checked with me a few times to see if everything was ok. We purchased the new Camry in record time! The price was right, the finance office was excellent as well.

Just bought a used Toyota from this dealership and dealt with Natalie Baublitz. There was no pressure by any of the staff to buy like other dealerships I've been to. I had a fairly nice overall experience. I bought a used vehicle from these folks and I would probably do it again.

Their best qualities would probably be that they are not obnoxious, or pushy when it comes to their selling techniques. I never had to answer cheeseball questions like "what can we do to get you in a new car today?" (that's a classic).

There seems to be a disconnect between the pricing on their website and what folks will acknowledge as the sales price at the dealership.

But, when it was all said and done I'd say it was a pretty smooth transaction.

I chose to use my Costco membership to secure the best price available for a new Toyota for my college bound daughter and received a phone call from Natalie Baublitz with Royal Palm Toyota within minutes of ending my call with Costco.

I wasn't sure how quickly I was going to purchase or lease the new vehicle since I had been looking for over a month but Natalie's first and follow up calls and emails moved me to make a decision within a week. The transaction couldn't have been easier and my daughter and I drove away feeling that we'd gotten a very good deal and excellent customer service.

I had previously worked with another sales person at a different Toyota dealership for my previous five Toyota's and thought I'd work with him again because he had always been very professional and pleasant. Problem was, as nice as he is; he couldn't live up to Natalie's extremely prompt and attentive service.

I always bring my cars to Royal Palm Toyota for service because of Gary Reilly in the service department. Now I have Natalie Baublitz there as well whenever I need to buy a new car. One stop shopping...I like that!

Natalia was by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.She was very accommodating, personable and kind and she did not pressure me in any way.
I felt totally confident in her and comfortable enough to take my time to make a decision. Her respect for me as a consumer was very much felt.I am very please with the service i received and would highly recommend my friends to go to him when they want to buy a car.She is a gentle and Honest person.

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly,pleasant and helpful. All my questions were answered, no matter how trivial they were. It was a very positive experience. This car was bought for me. In the past, at different dealerships, all questions hade been directed to my husband. This was not the case here. The sales people listened to what I wanted, my concerns and my questions.

This is my third Toyota purchased from Royal Palm Toyota
It is always stress free! I hate haggling. I researched prices for my new Venza and my trade. It was simple! Natalie Baublitz Internet manager and Michael Green GSM gave me a great price! Natalie was efficient, technical and knew the car in and out! Product knowledge and being nice and not pushey made the experience great! I will continue to be a loyal customer! In addition service associates are there to help and not push you to do service!
