Natasha was great over the internet and phone looking for the exact car I was wanting (2012 S4) I already did my homework on invoice pricing, money factor, etc, and without even having to truly negotiate, I got a very competitive price. Upon getting to the dealership, I was introduced to Jeff York. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy, very knowledgable, and easy going. He showed me all the features of the car, and showed me several other models in the back. He was very mindful of my time, and worked with me each step of the way. Upon delivery of the car, he made sure the car was perfect.

Carl was also very helpful in deciding the wheel and tire protection and audi care. He had some great insight on the car, as he drove an S4 himself.

Overall, I would say this is the very best dealership experience I have ever had. I have owned a total of 18 cars in my lifetime, 8 of them buying brand new cars. I will be back at this dealership in the future.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Princeton Audi from the very beginning when Natasha answered my email inquiry on an S5. We made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. She helped us immediately, had the car in the display bay and we went on a test drive. While this was happening, our trade in was appraised, fairly, and then at our request, Natasha brought us a lower priced A5 to check out. We left for the day to think about our choices. When we returned 2 days later, Steve and Rich picked up where Natasha left off and handled the closing. Steve was also fun to work with, never pressured us and answered all of our questions. Rich worked up the actual numbers and in the end we drove away very happy with our new S5. I would gladly work again with these three excellent salespeople.

From the start, I had a wonderful experience with all the people at Princeton Audi dealership. I did a comparison on prices with other dealers and the price is very competative. I belive the people i dealt with are honest and will make car buying very easy. Natasha is in internet sales and new to sales, but she is very friendly to work with and always works with a smile and helps you to get what you want. Carl in finance is very experienced and efficient and gets things done quickly. I have no reservations in recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

This is the second vehile that I have purchased from PAC. The management and salespeople are friendly, curtious, and will do anything to make sure that you leave with a car that fits your terms.I live 2 hours away and will return again to purchase my next vehicle.

Most luxury car dealers treat you like an afterthought when you are buying what some salesman would consider an "entry-level" car in a showroom stocked with cars selling at twice the price of your choice.

Not Enrico and Princeton Audi. I was treated like an important customer, even though I got what I consider to be a great deal that might not have "a lot in it" for the dealer.

Ii will return to Princeton Audi for my next purchase, and encourage others to do the same.

It was a pleasure to deal with Al Helmuth and Princeton Audi. To be honest, I normally dread going to car dealerships and having to deal with their scripted sales techniques. Princeton Audi was different, I felt like I was treated like a viable customer from the moment that I stepped through the front door. I'm thankful that I chose Princeton Audi and my A4....which I absolutely LOVE!!

very laid back and friendly interview, no pressure and all the information I needed to make the purchase. the Q7 rides like exactly the way I like, now all I have to do is learn how to access all the functions it has. Maybe I'll make an appointment to get a lesson if possible.

Thanks to the overwhelming effort and patience of Natasha Mulligan I was able to get the car I wanted. I had been trying to locate a certain model and color and was already over my mileage. Feeling frustrated I was about to give up on leasing a new Audi and because of her professionalism and perserverance I got everything I wanted.
