I’ve been with the dealership for just short of 6 wonderful years. Working for the Lancaster family and selling Toyota & Scion vehicles has been a lot of fun.

I started life in Montello cooking at my family’s restaurant. When I graduated high school in ’99, I moved to Madison and attended MATC Madison for Culinary Arts. Cooking wasn’t all bad…I met Abby, my wife, while working at Applebee’s on the East Side.

I'm very laid back but I know what I want and I have no desire to bullshit about the car. Nate adapted to my style and we made a deal quickly. He's been great with all of my follow-up as well, answering my questions in a timely manner and just basically rocking. I appreciate this. I remembered him from 4 years ago when he helped us in Gary Quam's absence when we were buying our first Prius and I'm glad it worked out that we could work with him again.

I gave a rating of 5 for overall experience because I felt quite comfortable with our sales person, Nate Riesen. I quickly became aware of Nate's strong knowledge base for the Prius. He was able to explain, in terms I could understand, the qualities that make Prius such a great car. Nate was also able to provided a non-stressful atmosphere during the financing portion of our buying experience.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Nate was very thorough and responsive to my needs as a new car buying customer. My purchase, as a first-time Toyota buyer, was a 2011 Corolla. Not only did Nate explain the vehicle features and benefits but listened to my needs and clearly outlined the features and benefits of other Toyota models, so well that it highlighted the fact that the Corolla suited me best for both the mileage and cost concerns.

I would recommend Nate and the Jon Lancaster dealership to anyone.

I was very satisifed with the service I received from Jon Lancaster Toyota. Nate was very through in the questions he asked, his efforts in finding me the right car,
getting me the best possible deal, and explaining all the features of my new Camry.

The delivery was quick and Joe St. Marie who is the General Manager even peeled and cleaned my window when he took the car details report off the glass.

All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jon Lancaster Toyota to anyone who is thinking about buy a new or used vehicle.

Nate and his wife were awesome to us. We live near Milwaukee but have recently bought 2 cars from Nate in Madison (he was originally referred to us by my brother who also has bought cars from him). Each time he was not only been great to my husband and I but our kids who sat as patient as possible through the sometimes long process of buying a car. His overall personality is what won us over and we will continue to buy from him in the future

Out of all the dealerships I went to Jon Lancaster Toyota was by far the best. I never felt pressured to buy anything and all of the people there were very friendly. Nate was a great salesman and I wouldn't have bought my new car from anybody else!

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
I also bought a SUV from Nate in Dec of 2009. He is the primary reason I returned to Jon Lancaster. He's a good person to have on the front line. In general, I don't trust or care for sales persons, but he (and his wife) won my trust. Nate couldn't get me everything I wanted with this last deal (Rav4), but it wasn't for lack of effort.
