I had an outstanding experience at the Pacifico Ford dealership. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Neal Bauer was the salesman that helped me and I would highly recommend asking for him. Not only was he friendly and helpful but he was interested in meeting my needs financially. Neal made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car, especially my friends and family.

From the moment I found the absolute best price on the internet through leaving with our new car everyone we encountered at this dealership treated us first class. I talked with Chris in internet sales first, then our sales person Neal. Both are experts at what they do. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and Neal proved to be very creative in helping with one particular issue. My wife loves her new car, and could not be any more pleased with our experience. The previous evening a local dealer 5 minutes from home quoted $3000 more than Pacifico Ford, which was ridiculous. Pays to use the internet, and be prepared.

Working with Neal Bauer was great. He pleasantly offered his services just momeents after I arrived on the lot and patiently worked with me until I found a car that I was ready to buy. This was my first time buying a car so I had a lot of questions, but he made the process very easy for me to understand. I will definitely return to Pacifico Ford to have my vehicle serviced, and I would like to work with Neal for my next vehicle purchase.

I was very pleased with my recent sales experience at Pacifico Ford. I was looking for a particular color in a Ford Escape with a few select options. Neil Bauer was my sales representative and he was very patient and thorough in going over every detail of the car and explaining how things operate. During the buying experience, the Pacifico Team discovered what appeared to be a defect in the paint of the vehicle which was not discovered until the SUV had been washed and detailed. I was very impressed in how they handled this situation. They explained that they did not want to sell me the SUV in it's current condition because it did not meet their quality standards. They were going to see what they could do about repairing this. Neil also went to great lengths to find another Escape with the same color and options. To my satisfaction, they were able to resolve the condition of the paint and explained how they did this. I found their honesty refreshing in telling me the SUV did not meet their quality standards. Another dealership might have just sold me the vehicle without pointing out the defects. Mark Morton responded to my internet request quickly and Tracey Scott offered sound advice on what options were available for the extended warrenty and reviewing all the financial paperwork. I would certainly recommend Pacifico Ford to anyone who is looking for a Ford dealership that put the best interests of their customers in mind.

Neal was very informative and helped me pick out my Ford Explorer, which I absolutely love, He taught me the “ins” and “outs” of my new car which made me feel comfortable to drive off of the lot. He is a friendly, courteous, respectful and easy to talk to; which made my car buying experience a pleasure. I would strongly recommend Pacifico and especially Neal to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

In working with the Sales staff at Pacifico my experience was very smooth and easy. I called about a vehicle and asked for a quote for the terms I wanted. I was given a quote in less the 10 minutes for what I was looking to pay. The Sales staff coordinated a time to takes delivery and finalize paperwork. I spent about 2 hrs at the dealership finalizing the sale and learning about my new Explorer. The staff was very honest and easy to work with. One of the easiest vehicle purchases I ever made.

Neal was very helpful and friendly. He treated me with respect and got me the exact type of vehicle that I wanted. Not only did Neal do a great at his job but he also is a wonderful person.

Neal was attentive and patient. He showed me various model years and did not force me to view newer more expensive models that were out of my price range.
