Ned Fardeecey at Park Place Lexus Grapevine

We had an outstanding experience at Park Place Lexus - Grapevine. The staff was exceptional - from the receptionist, to the salesperson (Ned), to financing, to the technology support group. This was the first car buying experience that we had that we not a "high pressure" sale. Ned spent a couple of hours with us. He took time to explain every feature of the RX350. We were initally looking at a 2011 pre-owned RX-350, but ended up leasing a 2013. The Park Place facilities are excetional. You feel like you are in a hotel lobby - very warm, comfortable and inviting.

Ned and Molly have assisted my wife and I through four Lexus purchases within the last two years and have given us nothing but outstanding service during this time. They have answered our questions to the fullest extent and have re-checked us over the phone and internet whenever possible. Dorian assisted in one of our purchases and was a great help in answering any other questions that we had. Jeff, Tony and Bridgett had taken us through the financial part of the transaction with no cross-sell at all. The service dept.has been excellent on all of our visits and handled everything in a timely manner. All in all, its a pleasure to do business with this dealership.

I had visited another Lexus dealership 6 years ago and did not like the way the sales person treated me. He was forceful, in a hurry to make a deal and not very friendly. When I first visited this Lexus dealership 6 years ago (to buy my first Lexus), I was treated with respect and courteous. For 6 years now, I have always dealt with this dealership. Everybody is so nice and pleasant to deal with. Ned is a superior sales person, friendly, no presure, knowledgeable about the cars and I trusted him to get me the best deal on my new car. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my over all experience with this dealership and will continue to do business with them.

The guys at Park Place really know how to take some of the pressure off in buying a new car. Ned is great to work with and has a no hassle approach. They sell a great product and have a great way of doing it. I highly reccommend both Ned and Park Place to anyone!

I was looking for Lexus Rx 350 for my wife. I started out at Sewell Lexus at Fort Worth and the manager would not agree the price I wanted. I then went to Park Place Lexus at Grapevine. Molly and Ned were very friendly and helpful. Molly tried her best to get the price I wanted and Ned spent quite some time with me explaining all the functions in the car. Everyone in this dealership was friendly and trying to help you. I am sure its great service will earn more and more business and customers.

Molly and Ned were exceptional! I walked in without an appointment having exchanged emails. Molly was very gracious and explained she had another customer who had an appointment. She introduced me to Ned and the two of them helped me.

I wanted a particular color and set of options, Ned did the research and found the car. He had it brought over and cleaned up so I was ale to take it home that day. He also helped to find me financing that was less than I had planned through my credit union.

Both were wonderful, I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like they really wanted to get to know me and help. It was a very personable experience.

I am glad to be joining the Park Place family! I told Molly, she and Ned did a great job, not just exceeding expectations, but delighting the customer!
