Johnathan was friendly and professional and walked us through the process step by step answering our every question along the way. When our Pacifica arrived four months later (not bad with our current supply chain issues), Jeff handled our paperwork quickly then Johnathan walked us through our Pacifica’s many bells and whistles and followed up with us days later just to see how we were doing and if we had any other questions. Overall, the environment felt very relaxed and pressure free which we appreciated unlike our experiences with other dealers. Everyone seemed to value our time. We never felt rushed or abandoned for long periods to ‘check on something in the back.’ The team at Northwest Hills cares for its customers and takes the dread out of buying a car. My car was appraised in a more than fair value! I was happy with the overall deal and setup an appointment for later in the week to take delivery of the car. When the first car didn’t seem like the right fit, Tony called to let us know he found another one that might suit our needs better. He worked with us every step of the way up and to delivery! His explanations about the warranties and smartsheild were easy to understand and allowed us to make an informed decision. I was there to try and buy out my lease on a 19 Grand Cherokee. Mike and his Mgr. Neil were most helpful in addressing all of my concerns and matching other offers I had.. In the end I went with my cred Cherokee. Mike and his Mgr. Neil were most helpful in addressing all of my concerns and matching other offers I had.. In the end I went with my credit union for the deal. Greylock and Northwest Hills were both in the same ballpark so it just made sense to consolidate my business with the institution I was already doing business for the last 20 yrs. (Mortgage, equity loans, etc) It was a decision based solely on convenience. As I told Mike, he might have lost out on this deal but didn't lose me as a customer. When it's time to get my next jeep ( #9 or 10) Northwest hills will be my first stop and I hope Mike and Neil are still there. Thnx, George More
