Yes I was very pleased when I was at Metro Honda of Union County, everyone was extra nice and helpful, this being my first new car, I was very excited about my CRZ. Nelson was as helpful as a person can be. And has continued to keep in touch since my purchase. I would recommend Metro Honda to any one interested in buying Honda.

My sales representative was thorough and accurate in providing answers to my questions and preparing the purchase of my new Pilot! I am very happy with the overall customer service I received in the showroom. My salesman even took the time to introduce me to the service department. Excellent dealership in all aspects. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I am very critical on professionalism. I went to Metro to look at a 2011 Honda CRV EX-L. I new the value of my trade-in, Honda's sticker price and the two options I wanted to add. Therefore, I had formulated the price I was willing to pay.
I had spoken to Nelson the previous day, my wife and I drove my trade-in to Metro and 45 minutes later Nelson and I shook hands and the deal was done!! Oh, the price I paid was LOWER then the price I was willing to pay (don't tell Nelson, it's my little secret).
I was introduced to the sales mgr., financial rep., service mgr and receptionist.
I guess the old addage is true, "the further u get from a big city (Charlotte) the nicer people are" Its nice to have a hand shake mean something!!

My experience with Metro Honda was very positive. Metro Honda was the only dealership that provided the requested internet quote. Mr. Baucom was friendly, courteous and informative. There was no pressure and buying experience was very positive. I would definately recommend Metro Honda to anyone thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.

I have used Metro Honda for over 8 years and have always been pleased with customer service as well as vehicle service and sales. Staff is always courteous and makes me feel like I am the most important customer there. Nelson Baucom really understood my situation and worked hard to ensure that I got the car I wanted. Great experience! Normally, I do not enjoy buying cars. But the folks at Metro Honda have it figured out. No games, no misleading gimmicks, just a fair price on a great car! After shopping several dealers online, one dealership stood out. Nelson contacted me quickly with the most competitive quote, followed up with me to make sure I received it, and was helpful with all aspects of the sale, including getting me a fair offer for my trade. The management staff was superb and fully involved every step of the way. I was introduced to one manager, Daniel Phannareth, soon after I arrived. He and Nelson made sure that my purchase experience was easy, straightforward, and comfortable. The video lounge and games, popcorn, Starbucks Coffee, and friendly staff make this a place I enjoy visiting. It's not your typical car dealership!
