My Review of Paramount Kia of Asheville:
Mr. Langley made the buying process simple and easy to understand. We were able to complete our loan application, references etc ahead of time. We knew before visiting the dealership what the price of the vehicle would be. When we visited the dealership and went for a test drive with Mr. Langley and decided to purchase the car we were able to close the deal and drive our new car home within a couple of hours.

My Review of Paramount Kia of Asheville:
We had thought about a new Kia for some time but wanted to wait until our van finished its job here on earth (not really finished since we recycled it). Anyway, Nelson was the first sales person we talked to on the phone. Since we didn't have a car, he volunteered to come get us, give us a tour, and return us home. I must admit I was apprehensive about spending that much cash but that's what we saved for. We love our cute 2011 Forte EX. Nelson Langley is a confident but not pushy saleman. I felt he was a good Christian who analized our needs and suggested a car that we would be happy with. He also introduced us to the service Dept. manager since we wish to have oil changes, etc. through the dealership. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. To be blunt, Nelson gave us confidence to buy from him rather than check out other dealerships. You've got a good man there and we look forward to a wonderful experience with out new Kia and the Kia dealership in Asheville. Eutonia and Richard Abicht

My husband and I were out to buy a new vehicle. We have always dreaded this experience because of past visits to other dealerships but I have to tell you Paramount Kia exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a genuine friendliness that could not have been found elsewhere. Their excellent customer service created a wonderful overall experience. We were very happy with the out the door price of our new vehicle. Nelson was very knowledgeable and created such an overall positive experience for us that we will return to Paramount Kia for future vehicle purchases. Kia of Asheville was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a car. I originally was in the market for used car but when I was shown how I could buy a new car, I went for the deal! I would highly recommend Kia of Asheville and especially Nelson Langley as your best salesperson.
