Great overall experience. It was worth driving the hour to the dealership to get the treatment you as the customer deserve. Everybody from start to finish were super friendly and courteous. The salesman, Mr. N.B. was very professional during all phases of the sale. The vehicle met my expectations. This vehicle buying experience was the most pleasant
experience i have had in years. Other dealers i have experienced, are fast talking
salesman. Mr. N.B. was easy going.

Salesman was friendly and the deal was OK. Fair but not great pricing. First time I ever had two things happen when buying a car ... the first was roses for my wife (kinda cool but they could have stopped doing that and had lower prices as far as I am concerned), second was no prep whatsoever on the car. Never had a dealer leave the stickers on the car and the price hanging from the rear view mirror - not a big deal, but would have been nice (instead of roses would have been fine :))

Overall experience was very positive. I was given the appropriate attention during the sales process. When the car was delivered the Sales agent showed me all the details of the vehicle which took about a half hour.

I was very impressed with the internet sales team, I was contacted several times by Jay Jones as he tried to find the Jeep I was looking for.

Once I came to the dealership I was handed off to Nick who worked with me to select/price/test drive the Jeep I purchased.

My Review of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:
The first contact person was Jay Jones whom I had spoke with regarding the inquiry I had done on the internet. I had scheduled an appointment to come into the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately approched by employees asking if we needed assistance. Met with Jay who set us up with Nick Boudeaux. Nick was very patient with us. He took the time to search for vehicles we were looking for that would fit our needs. Nick was not pushy he gave us time to decide which vehicle we were most happy with. During the time we sat waiting for an answer about financing we were approached by employees if we needed anything while we waited. overall we had a great experience at the dealership. We would definitely recommend and return to purchace another vehicle when the time comes.

My Review of Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group:
Nick was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and had a calm demeanor that made the experience a lot easier. The owner greeted us, which was a nice, personal touch.We were offered water and coffee often to help with the process and sitting. A car was offered to transport us over the extensive lot.

The only things that were a little off had nothing to do with Nick. They forgot to put the license plate on. I should have helped to catch the oversight. The car was cleaned so that I could take it home that day, so it was done quickly, but it was a little dirty on the one side in the cargo area. It was muddy.I was curious what made the interior so dusty/money. Again, not Nick's fault and was probably caused by the rushing. I did sign off on checking the car, but I was so exhausted by the end of purchasing the car, I missed some things. I guess the one thing I think should have been part of the experience would be a full tank of gas. I had about a half tank.
None of these things are huge, reflect on Nick, or would prevent me from purchasing future Jeeps from this dealership. My family has dealt with dealership for years. They are just some things I thought of.

After having gone to several other dealership and being treated by arrogant sales people as an annoyance, walking into D’Ambrosio’s dealership was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone that greeted me from the Owner, Jeff, to the sales people and others, was friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

My overall experience was good. The sales team was very friendly and patient with my fiance and I. They were never pushy and were more than happy to show us around the lot multiple times. They may not always be the cheapest but as a salesman myself I would rather spend the extra couple hundred dollars and get great service then have poor customer service.
