His knowledge of all of the products that Flaggship offered was amazing. Once the deal was finalized Joe made the delivery process of the vehicle to my wife an exciting event! My incredible experience did not stop there. I would strongly recommend getting your own loan a Phil Saissi and the team was a pleasure to work with with the exception of the finance department. I would strongly recommend getting your own loan approval from at least one bank. She quoted me 2.5% higher than what the exact same bank (Bank of America) quoted me directly and told me that was the best rate I would ever see. She also tried to convince my spouse behind my back to buy extended warranties while I wasn't looking after we had already said no. Tried every scare tactic in the book. Phil is a gentleman and made himself available nearly 24/7 for us. Go see Phil! More

Paige was very helpful from the beginning of the process right through to the delivery. She has also checked in a few times to be sure everything is going well with the car. I also was assisted by the Director of Pre-Owned Operatons, Michael Andrews. Paige and Mike really worked hard to make sure I got the particular type of car I was looking to buy. Before I took delivery, Alfred Aloise in the Service Department did a nice job with a few last minute details. I also had the good fortune to meet Sales Manager Nick Loannidis. He is a gentleman and helped answer some of my questions. The team at Flagship Motorcars is truly first class. I am really enjoying my Mercedes C 300 and would not hesitate to buy another one here. More

Our salesman, Jared Kagunda, his managers Nick Ioannidis & Ken Julian, the Finance Manager, Gil Otero and Concierge's Suada Kolenovic & Elder Perez made us truly feel like family from the moment we walked into this beautiful dealership. Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us. His grasp of the process of buying/leasing vehicles was rivaled only by his ability to connect with us on a personal level making us feel confident in our purchasing decisions. Gil, the Finance Manager also made a lasting impression of both Kathy and I.
