My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I purchased a new Cadillac SRX from Moss Robertson a couple weeks ago. Nick Jones was my salesperson and he was excellant to work with. He went over the SRX from top to bottom with me even before I made the decision to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, Nick Jones and John Duke made the purchase as easy as possible. I will definately recommend Moss Robertson dealership and Nick Jones and John Duke to my family and friends. I LOVE my SRX and it really helped that he showed me all about it and was so easy to work with. Thank you.

It was a great pleasure purchasing my new vehicle from Moss Robertson Cadillac. John and Nick went out of their way to make my dream of owning a CTS-V come true. They were both very knowledgeable about the vehicle, as well as, provided the best customer service I've had from a dealership in a long time. I will definitely use this dealership again and would highly recommend them to friends.

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
This is the third vehicle I have had the pleasure of leasing from Moss Robertson. Our salesperson, Mr. Nick Jones is a fountain of knowledge on the operation of every vehicle on his lot. Mr. John Duke, the Sales Manager goes out of his way to make sure that the lease program will fit into my budget. Having had many previous experiences with this outstanding dealership I can also give praise to their service department. Everytime I have taken my vehicle in for maintenance it has always been returned to me in better shape then when I gave it to them.

My husband and I currently have purchased or leased 7 vehicles from Moss Robertson. Both he and I have been overwhelmed with the care that this dealership has given to us. We are devoted, loyal customers.

We also stay amazed that each time we finish out lease/purchase, Mr. Moss Robertson makes it a point to personally thank us for doing business with him.

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
If you want to deal with a car dealership that truly treats you like family then Moss Robertson is the place to buy your next car. Nick Jones knows the workings of every vehicle and can explane how to use the featurs to get the most from the car. John Duke will make the deal happen and be as fair and understanding about your lease or purchase needs. Everyone is friendly and glad you came to do business with them. My family has leased and purchased 6 or 7 new cars in the last few years. Each time the care and treatment is the same. It is the best!

The service department is excellent always being careful of the car and returning it to you in good shape.

Moss Robertson always makes sure to thank you personally when you have completed your purchase. When did the owner of a dealership ever personally thank you for making a purchase?

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I came to Moss Robertson looking for my nephew a car to go to college in. The staff helped me locate a great Mazda which he is still driving and loving a year and a half later. They earned my business that time with great service and value. We came from a GM family and I wanted to get Mom back in a Cadillac so again we went to Moss Robertson. They listened to what she wanted and found the perfect car that day! A month later my Sister (Nephew's Mom) came in from Raleigh North Carolina and said I want to meet these folks. While she was there she found a brand new Mazda 3 went home to compare the price and came back a week later to get her car. I brought my 1999 Deville down for service 10 months later and mentioned to Nick and John I would like to get out of my other vehicle, a Chevy Equinox. I said I would love to have a full size 4 door truck. When I picked the Cadillac up from service they said drop the Equinox by and let us look at it and we will watch for you a truck. I had no intention of leaving the car then but they found me my truck, lowered my payment and increased my vehicle value. I came to realize that they are a family dealership, they care about their clients and work to get them exactly what they want. Nick Jones is an excellent sales associate, John Duke is a great General Manager, and Don Renner is great with locating the best rate when you sit down in finance. I have bought cars for years but know whatever I need I can find at my Moss Robertson Family, why should I go somewhere else?

My Review of Moss Robertson Cadillac Mazda:
I had exceptional customer service every time I have called or visited this dealership. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Moss Robertson Cadillac, there were a few minor items that needed attention. All items were corrected and John Duke insisted on driving the vehicle himself to make sure everything was taken care of for me. Nick Jones was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He was never pushy. When he would see me pull in the driveway, he would greet me at the door or in the parking lot. Anytime I call or come by Rose always greets me with a warm and friendly "Hello". Don was quick and efficient with the final paperwork, I was in and out of his office in just a few quick minutes.

I must say I have never experience this level of customer service with any other automobile dealership!
