Everyone went out of their way to answer questions and help us to find the deal we were looking for. Great service, great employees, great dealership. We were looking at what was available that we could easily enter and fit into. We keep our vehicles for a long time. We had a little difficulty locating the Buick Cadillac show room, but upon entering we were met with a clean bright showroom and extremely friendly personnel. Nick Lagnese was the first to approach us. We were discussing why we were there and Nick started to show us the models available. Nick realized that he had an appointment with someone else and didn't waht to inconvenience them or us and brought Chip Chamberlain to take care of us. Chip took all the time we wanted to work with us in reviewing available models with no pressure or hard sell tactics which would have been a complete turn off and send us out the door. When we decidesd to purchase the Buick Enclave, Chip and all the personnel we needed to deal with to complete the purchase were very professional, personable, and thorough in all aspects of the transaction. It is not just the physical product that Preston Motors sells, but the personal attention of all those we encountered at the dealership which places Preston Motors above many other dealerships.
