Nick Novelli at McGrath Lexus of Chicago

We purchased our last Lexus RX from McGrath as well as this 2013 and Julie was our salesperson. She was friendly, answers calls and emails and always accomodating. Most of the employees at McGrath are welcoming and friendly. When we wanted a new Lexus we came back to McGrath and asked for Julie. Tony was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. Rich is always accomodating in service and treats us good and always has a loaner for us. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain the functions of the vehicle with patience and friendliness. Mr. Bell made the transaction go as quickly as possible. There was another female salesperson (who I can not remember her name think she had blode hair) that also helped us on a day we came in even though Julie was our salesperson, she still took time with us to answer our questions. I would recommend this pareticular McGrath dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Nick is an outstanding individual. He is very explicit without being condescending in his explanations. I was able to understand the workings of
The electronics of the Lexus I purchased. Every time I go in for service or to get my car washed he is already to help me in any way possible.
Nick is kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. I certainly would recommend this dealership and Nick to my friends. In addition
I buy a new Lexus yearly.

I walked into the dealership as a "not even sure I want to trade in my current lexus rx 400h" and left as an "excited, delighted, happy as can be with my new vehicle" customer. It is my 3rd lexus from McGrath and although I was comfortable that I would be treated nicely, this experience was outstanding. The patience demonstrated by Heather O'Malley was way beyond "great". She helped me understand all the options and in the end when I missed out on my first vehicle choice while "thinking it over", she rightly convinced me that the alternate vehicle might really be the best choice for me. Amazing. A very daunting task for the buyer is transferring all the "stuff" in the old vehicle to the new one and learning the options and technology associated with the new auto. This onerous task became an actual delightful journey with Nick Novelli providing a guided tour that was organized, logical and fun! The fact that both of these individuals are still available to me in the future is extremely comforting. Doug Bell was a friendly and thorough "numbers" guy that answered all my questions as we waded through the paperwork. I would highly recommend this team to any prospective buyer.

My overall very positive review is based on my interactions with David Kay, salesman and Nick Novelli, Vehicle Delivery Specialist.

David is a seasoned vet. He was friendly( but not overly so) and respectful. All negotiations were fair and transparent. He also went out of his way to work around some inventory problems and my travel schedule. I would highly recommend David.

Nick deserves special kudos. The new LS 460 is packed with complex mechanical systems and driver oriented technology. Nick knows the car cold- no matter how detailed and/or off the wall my questions, Nick had the answer; no obfuscation no guessing. Of course this is to be expected. What's above and beyond is the passion he has for the vehicle and his obvious desire for you to feel the same. The orientation is extensive and without time limit. I was anxious about getting comfortable with everything the car has to offer but when I left I knew enough to feel confident I could figure out the rest. Over the two weeks since my purchase I've called Nick a few times with follow up questions with Nick glad to help. With his help I'm getting a real kick out of the LS 460.

My highest praise for Nick.

Shawn and Rick were awesome. Being time conciious, I truly appreciate their expediency in that we were able to get the car selected, price negotiated and loan finalized expeditiously and fairly and within my expected price range. Nick's personalized delivery was detailed, clear and really "sold" me on the fact that my car was perfect for me. However, what impressed me the most was how they handled a detailing issue. I noticed a missed spot on the console while the business manager Rick was near by. He heard my comment and continued with what he was doing. Later during the delivery Nick noticed the same and apologized saying the current level of detailing was unacceptable and asked if I had time to wait or could return. As we were speaking Rick walked up with the GM Sharon who expressed the same concerns regarding the quality. When I returned for the detailing the next day, I was greeted by Sharon, Shawn and Nick (who offered lunch)... within 30 minutes the detaining was complete and I was on my way. Great team and customer service.

Everyone at Lexus is super customer service conscious and personable and very unlike your typical car dealership cheese ball sales guy try to outsmart you.

Nick is the BEST. Showed me everything about the car. Was cool to talk to and went the extra mile to take care of me.

After researching and talking with several area dealerships, McGrath Lexus of Chicago quickly and clearly became the dealership I wanted to work with. They were immediately responsive to my requests, took the time to clearly understand what my needs and desires were, and then delivered on those with both exceptional service and competitive pricing. Too many times buying a new car can make you feel uncomfortable. McGrath Lexus of Chicago is so clear, direct, and desiring of winning your business that I know that I will not need to waste my time looking anywhere else when I buy future cars. I'm sold!

Mike, Nick and Doug were awesome and were a pleasure to deal with.
Mike is extremely friendly and made sure that we were comfortable, all our questions were answered and never made us feel that we were under any pressure to buy. He was knowledgeable about the RX (we ended up buying) and ~ poor guy ~ pulled up 3 vehicles for us so that we could compare colours and options at our leisure. Nick and Doug put the finishing touches to making our visit great. Nick made sure that all the little things and accessories were taken care of and the car literally shone as we walked up to it after he had gone through. Not only that, Nick made sure that we knew the ins and outs of the RX before we drove off - you can tell he really wants to make sure that each person is happy. Doug bell had us laughing - dry sense of humour and all - through the finance process. Bottom line - I'd highly recommend dealing with these guys should you visit this great dealership.
