Overall Baker served as a good car dealership. Minor difficulties when it came down to final steps of purchasing the car but it was quickly and appropriately handled. Soft top of Jeep not installed properly so I took it back a few days later and they quickly fixed it.

I spent over four hours with Jameson going over various Jeep options before settling on the Sahara. I hate buying cars, but Jameson made the process as simple as possible - so much so that I ended up leaving the dealership in a new car when I had no intention of doing so when I first arrived.

Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a great dealership. Very friendly, down to Earth and willing to help you however they can. Jameson and Nick were a pleasure to work with; professional, friendly, and went to lengths to help me out. The reason I chose an "ok" for the price is because my monthly payments are still a bit more than I would have liked, and my APR could have been a bit lower, considering my great credit. I'm still extremely satisfied with my visit, and would definitely come back in the future.

I called Baker to let them know that I was interested in purchasing a used car that they had on the lot. From start to finish the process was very easy going and I never felt like I was being "sold" which being in sales myself I truly appreciate. I can honestly say that every employee that I encountered at Baker was exceptional. I dealt primarily with Marcus and was very pleased to the point where I have already contacted him about possibly purchasing a second vehicle.

I was looking for a specific jeep, I went to other dealerships who's sales reps just made it tough, stressful and tried selling me a jeep I was not interested in.
Baker had the exact jeep I was looking for.
Although it was far for me I decided I'd take a shot.
When I arrived rob greated me at the door.
I told him what I was interested in and he quickly pulled it up to do a test drive.
To make a long story short I ended up buying the jeep that night cause how easy and relaxing it was to deal with rob and nick.
The dealership made me feel more at home than a business pushing for a sale.
They did everything in there power to really make me happy. And they sucsseded.
I wish I lived closer so I could have my jeep serviced there regularly.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Nick and Marcus worked as a TEAM to answer my questions and to deliver the perfect vehicle to me. I was the last one off the lot that night and they both stayed to make sure that I understood all the bells and whistles and that I was comfortable getting home in my new car. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. It's been a few days and of course I've had lots of questions. Marcus quickly returns phone calls and has been able to assist me in "accessorizing" the JEEP. I'm looking forward to many years of Happy Service with Baker. By the way, Pete the finance guy, made working out the details a breeze! Thanks again gentlemen!

I had a very enjoyable Buying experiance at Baker. I used the internet to search out vehicle I wanted and buying was hassle free. Tony was excellent at pointing out van extras, test drive and price was good. I would buy another vehicle from Tony & Baker Jeep.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a Certified Used 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from BCJD. The experience begins being greeted by an exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk staff and extends to a smile or hello from each of the employees who walk by you. The atmosphere in the dealer showroom is relaxed and the environment is clean and comfortable; Even the coffee is excellent.

Jennifer and Nick are as professional a team as you will find in the auto sales business. They were consistent and knowledgeable throughout the entire process as my search began with an online inquiry 2 weeks prior to finally getting to BCJD and concluded within 4 hours of entering the showroom. I walked in Saturday afternoon and walked out with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Every question I had was answered promptly and (I believe) honestly. The tempo of the sales process was exactly what I wanted, despite the dealership being very busy. I suspect this is due to the way the floor team worked and interacted AS A TEAM. It was clear that everyone was communicating and up-to-speed enough on where I was in my buying process to be able to effectively jump in when needed. Very happy.
