From the moment I inquired on the internet to the time I walked in the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and concern the employees have for a customer.

Nilda Miller was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable about the cars I inquired about. She was prompt on return calls and set up an appointment with Charles Scott for me.

Charles was very thorough in the explanation of all the various components of the car giving the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Not having a new car since 1999 has brought many changes in cars through all those years and Charles was even willing to set up many of the conveniences, such as bluetooth, for me.

Oleg Gera was very thorough in his explanation of the finance agreement and extra options offered for the customers convenience.

Overall, the experience was well worth it. I would recommend to my friends and relatives to definetly visit Haleen Kia and the aformentioned employees for a fair price, quality service and overall A-1 experience.

Our experience purchasing a new 2012 Sorento was awesome! they were so knowledgeable and patient with us. I would highly recommend the dealership to family and friends. A big KUDOS to Justin who came in to help us on his day off and spent 3 1/2 hours with us. Also, a big KUDOS to Nilda who had GREAT customer service.

We were impressed with how low the non-negotiated rate was. Also the dealer gave us an extremely favorable rate for our trade-in. The car was ready when we got there and the transaction went smoothly. Overall the best new car purchase experience I have ever had.

I found my way to the dealership via their website. I browsed cars online found two models I liked and sent for an eQuote. Nilda Miller, Manager of Internet Sale, was very responsive. When I visited the dealership I was worked with Greg Zonai. The last time I bought a new car was about six years ago and it was a long and painful experience and I still have flashbacks :) I knew that my visit to Haleen Kia would be different because my mom, brother and daughter all have recently purchased a Kia and they had very good experiences. Greg Zonai was waiting for me at the door and he answered all my questions regarding the different models. I let him know that I spent a two hour highway commute every day and I needed a car that had excellent gas mileage. He took the time to explain the gas consumption and cost savings of the model I was interested in buying. My experience with Greg was very low key, no pressure, and a good experience. Oleg Gera, Finance Manager, was easy going and he saved me more money in the long run! Nilda Miller, Internet Sales Manager, checked on me throughout my visit asking how everything was going. I drove off the lot in my new KIA Optima loving my new ride and the fact that I got a great deal and didn't have a headache!!

My husband and I enjoyed working with Richard Kwiatkowski. He was very honest and very pleasant to work with. Although it took a few more days then expected to get financed, we ended up with a better deal then anticipated because of Richard and Oleg's hard work! They even had toys and coloring books for our boys to play with when we were waiting! I also thought that it was very nice of them to call numerous times to see if everything was going smoothly and that we still loved our car! We came to the dealership just looking around - not expecting to actually make a purchase. They were very easy going - no pressure. They made me feel welcome. Me and my husband ended up buying two new cars (we needed them) and are so happy with our purchase and the price we paid. I'm so glad we went to Halleen Kia. We had been to two Honda dealers and didn't make a purchase - so we mean it when we say we had a great enough experience to actually buy 2 vehicles!

I would like to thank Nilda Miller for her initial help with getting
my financing approved. When I came in on Saturday (1/14/12) I had no
idea I would be walking out with a brand new Kia. Arnaldo Rivera was
great! At first I was a little discouraged because I didn't have a huge
down payment to work with but he didn't give up on me and came back with
an offer I couldn't refuse! This is my 2nd vehicle I've purchased from
Halleen and they are the only dealer I will ever buy from!
